BPL — TV not working its new tv

I purchase this television BPL Vivid Series 80cm(32 ) HD ready LED1 VR71820 HSN : 85287215 and below are the details-Name of the Purchaser - DEEPAK SINGH, Purchase DATE : 19 MARCH 2020. Bought it via FLIPKART, escription-
BPL Vivid Series 80cm(32 ) HD ready LED1 VR71820 HSN : 85287215 P[protected].ISSUE- I purchase this tv last year and now its not working even the last time same issue happened like with in 2 days this tv is not working
even last time they fix this issue it will take time 1 month 14 days and now from 15 february 2021 i called them and the toll free no [protected] asking to help me to fix this issue and my complain no- R210215DEL34318 whenever i am trying to call them
representative told me just wait for 24 hour but nobody come to my place its happens from last 4 days infact today i called them also so they abused me like this is the way to help to your CUSTOMER i have all the recording even i am go to post all recording shortly on all social media website like what kind of service you are providing
i want my issue fix as sson as possible even take a strict action for your all ### represntative and reply me as sson as possible other wise i am going to the consumer court and registering a case regarding all this misbehave and pathetic service.

even the last year same issue happen i will expalin you that also I recive this tv and if i just try to on this tv is not working.I called the CUSTOMER service no. [protected] but they told me its lockdown period and we are not helping at that time, than i try to call again once lockdown open and they provide me case no R200601Del26047
even they told me one of the technician visit to home and he can check the issue and fix it also once the technician came to my house his name naresh sukhla he just click some photo of television and he told me he is going to submit this report to bpl your television will be replace with in 2-3 working days but they never provide me any wriiten confirmation even i ask them he told me call the CUSTOMER care they will let you know each and everything than i call the CUSTOMER again and explain all the issue he told me we are checking and they gave me new case no R200603Del26202 again they told me technician came to your house and check but no one came to my home this time i just received a call from agent his name is sagar and he told me we are going to submit the report for replacement you can CALL TOmorrow again to CUSTOMER care to check the status even i call again to CUSTOMER CALL ONe of the agent she receive the call and than she said to me your tv is not going to replace because the replacement policy only for 10 days i explain everything to her this is not my fault i already CALL TO your CUSTOMER care and explain everything its new tv and its not even on
after all the pathetic conversation i just told her to transfer this CALL TO floor supervisior she hung up the call and this time she provide me new case no : R200604Del26341 again i call the CUSTOMER care this time different
executive his name is alam again i explain each and everything and than he said to me we can't help you to replace the tv we are sending the technician again with in 3-4 days he came again and fix the issue. i need to know
What level of CUSTOMER service are you providing "BPL"... Pathetic.. I even told them that I will email this incident and will share this in Consumer FORUM and in Social media but they don't care..
In what Era this people belong from, no feelings at all and they represent a Brand.
