Worst Sector ever. There are very long electricity power cuts daily . In such scorching temperatures how do you expect us to live? We are deprived of our basic human right. We can’t sleep peacefully at night. Neither work properly in day time as the electricity comes for less than 4 hours per day.
Even we can’t charge inverters properly. It’s 12:37 am and since 8 pm we don’t have electricity.

    This is pathetic .Every day we have to face long power cut and today is the limit, it's been more than 9 hours that we don't have electricity supply in our area ( Sector 85 D block Faridabad). When it's going to be resolve?

      Daily we have power outages, 4-5 hours power outage is normal.
      Every month 3-4 times full day power cuts are there 10-12 hours.
      This is a private Power setup and we are paying at a very high rate plus high maintenance .Still you are not providing the good services. (in village Govt. is providing the good services than you)
      Living here is worse like going 20 years back.

      My first day at bptp sec 88. There is no electricity from past 5 hours.In the morning also, there was 2 hours power cut.There is no shop in the society. We have to work tommorow morning.There is no shop, no pharmacy in the vicinity.Regret the day, I said yes to stay in this place on rent. There is no auto, no rickshaw that comes to this place.
      7 hours of no electricity at night. How is one supposed to sleep in this heat. There is no complaint no. or no information till when light comes. This place sucks.

        My parents are senior citizen and we have purchased a new flat at BPTP Amstoria. It was the worst decision to go with this company!

        They have delivered unfinished and raw flat and it's been almost 6 months my parents are complaining about this to the company and management and nobody is taking any considerations.

        I am currently out of India for my higher studies but when I see my parents like this, I feel terrible.

        Please never trust this company!

          I purchased a flat in BPTP-74, Park Elite Floor, PE Block, Sector 77, Faridabad.
          Full payment for the same has been made

          It has been 14 years since we were promised possession. However, the construction is still not complete. construction is halted and there is no update from builder.

          Please help - our hard earned money is stuck with no hope of getting a home.

            Mutation

            I am the third owner of flat no b-304 bptp resort sector 75 faridabad, at the time of registry bptp office provided a verification chart in which it shows no fd amount but at the time of mutation they are asking to pay 325000 as fd against VAT which is totally illegal and they are not doing the mutation without it....

            Address: C-2/84 block - C , sector-85

            Sewage issue in front of house C2-84 sector 85 faridabad, sewage is overflowing from last 1 months and roads condition are also worse even after paying maintenance bptp doesn't provide good service it's very difficult to live in such conditions, they don't even have proper electric wiring in C block high voltage cables are lying in corners of house in open its too dangerous in rainy season, but no one gives any attention to this.

                Online payment of Electricity Bill - 161416

                I have been trying to pay my Electricity Bill online both through web portal and paytm, but am unable to do so. This is because it is not recognising my Customer Code - 161416.

                Further, my mobile number has also not been updated, it is still showing [protected] and not [protected]. My mobile number is [protected].

                Please help me to pay my bills online.

                  I have recently purchased a flat in sector-85 Block-A, and there is too much problem with electricity. The cut is around 9-10 hrs and sometimes for 12 hours in rainy season. During rain the transformer drowns in the water which gets collected on the road. I don't understand till when this problem continues. I request you to please look to this issue asap and solve the issue.

                      This is please to inform you that, not getting my electricity bill since Feb 2021, despite new customer is opened, which is 160217, asked so many times in our maintenance but no positive response, than who will bear an amount of long pending.
                      Moreover no communication on our registered mobile and email ID.

                      Such a negligence with customers is really not expected.
                      Hope message has been passed to BPTP and expecting favourable response very soon.

                        2. Exorbitant electricity charges.
                        3. Adding non-agreed charges to maintenance and electricity bill.
                        4. Commited facilities such as health centre etc. not provided. (Unauthorised selling of the land on which these facilities were to be built)

                          BPMS payment portal issue

                          BPMS payment portal does not work for NRI customer as I live in Canada. I own a plot in Sector D, Faridabad. I used to pay Electricity/Maintenance charges using net banking and in the last few months portal has been changed multiple times and it does not work. BPTP want to charge a high interest for late payment but they do not have mechanism to pay for NRIs. I have been trying customer service for the last couple of months but the account...

                            There is a cut-off of electricity in our locality which is stated in sector 76 Faridabad. It has gone from 4 o’clock of evening but it hasn’t come yet so please look after this issue as soon as possible.

                              I live in BPTP sector 85 D block.their is no street lights and road is in very bad condition.during rainy days we face lot of issue of water logging.From last one month I continously complaining bpms and continuously calling there field electrician no body is helping and they are charging maintenance amount regularly
