BPTP — Lien fdr not releasing. (park gernation T 5 1902

I was owner one flat at bptp parkgernation T5 1902 in sector 37D gurugram.My customer id was 134191.
I sold my flat in the month of March 24 with completing all formalities of the company There was no due at the time of new registree therefore company agreed for registree. On completing all formalities company transferred my flat to the seller Mr. Bhadur.
My fdr was lien with company from beginning for Rs.102741/- This was to be returned at the time of sale of this flat. Today 9 months passed but I am not getting free from lien of this fdr I try to contact through mail and phone but not getting any solution . Every time they are telling to go here and there and treating me as football. I am senior citizen and my age is 69 years, company employees giving mental harassment to me and this harassment to costing me a lot .I am losing my bank interest and getting harassment from BPTP. I complaint many times at bptp desk but no action.
I talk at custmercare executive madam Saria no [protected]. She told me to contact at site office Mr. Vijay verma no [protected]. Mr. Verma told me to contact Mr. Lalit at head office sector 61.
I could not go here and there to get my fdr back. I loose my intrest Rs.3800/ and harrsment . please tell company to pay back my lien fdr and get penelity as interest with harassment amt from the concerned person.
