BPTP — Negligence in Plumbing Issue Leading to Property Damage Immediate Intervention Required

I am filing this complaint against BPTP Maintenance Services (BPMS) regarding negligent handling of a plumbing and seepage issue at Flat No. PB-239, Ground Floor, Parklands Pride, Faridabad.

On 28-Feb-2026, I raised Ticket ID PP7565 regarding blockage/non-availability of flushing water. The maintenance team attended the complaint and carried out blockage rectification.

Immediately after the maintenance intervention, seepage started appearing on the adjacent wall and water leakage subsequently spread to nearby areas. Prior to this intervention, there was no seepage, dampness, leakage, or water-related issue in the affected area.

As the situation worsened, I raised a separate seepage complaint under Ticket ID PP7645 on 11-Mar-2026.

Despite repeated complaints, follow-ups, office visits, phone calls, and multiple escalation emails, the issue remained unresolved for more than 60 days. During this period:

• The toilet remained partially/non-functional for an extended period.
• Seepage spread towards adjacent wall sections, kitchen-side areas, master bedroom-side areas, and impacted nearby wooden flooring.
• Continuous dampness and seepage odor created unhealthy living conditions.
• Repeated assurances were given by maintenance staff and management, but timely closure was not provided.
• The complaint was at one stage marked resolved without resident confirmation and had to be reopened.

Throughout the complaint lifecycle, the maintenance team carried out multiple inspections, pressure testing, line isolation, dismantling of WC and wall tiles, technical investigations, and repair activities. However, despite this extensive involvement, the matter was repeatedly categorized as "resident scope" and responsibility was denied.

Senior BPTP officials subsequently visited the site and assured that all pending issues would be resolved. However, despite these assurances, complete and satisfactory closure has still not been provided.

I am also concerned about the manner in which the complaint has been handled, including prolonged delays, contradictory communication, repeated closure attempts without proper confirmation, and failure to provide transparent technical findings.

The prolonged seepage caused inconvenience, mental stress, unhealthy living conditions, repeated follow-ups, and loss of time.

I request investigation into the handling of Ticket IDs PP7565 and PP7645 and appropriate action for deficiency in service, negligent complaint handling, and failure to provide timely and satisfactory maintenance support despite repeated escalation.

Supporting documents, photographs, complaint tickets, and email communications are available and can be provided if required.
