Brahmin matrimony — regarding refund of rs 2000 / - paid in view of assisted matrimony service I sumit dabral holder of profile no brh2054797. I applied For assisted brahminmatrimony service on 26 nov 2018 and paid Rs 2000 / - as transfer to your sbi account, vide upi reference no.[protected], i was assisted by personal relationaship manager mr. Vishal and his cont. No is. [protected] he called me for couple of time & assured me to sending some good profiles to me every day basis and will help getting connected to some good profiles. He also assured that my profile will appear in the highlighted zone but i am very sorry to say that the response was very pathetic from his side and your company side. He never called me up again & also didn't pick my phone, i haven't seen any improvement in my profile & also didn't get any match for my profile, so i hereby request you to refund me my money i will have to unfortunately escalate this matter to higher authorities and other people.
