Tried to upload the photo, it was getting rejected during validation.
Contacted the customer care, they informed to send it via email. Still it was not uploaded. Then called again, they informed send it via whatsapp.
Then called next day, came to know that the task is not assigned to concerned team. Then next day, their senior executive confirmed, it will be uploaded in next 1 hr.
Then still it got rejected, called again, explained the situation again as there's new fellow handling ticket everytime. He says, try to upload another photo as problem with the photo.
Did the same, still it got rejected.
Fed up..If paid members are facing such issues, better avoid this website at all costs.

    i got call from this no. She is given data of a girl. and she said you have to pay 2500 Rupees to get his no and we will provide other data also. My parents hv tranfer the required money. But now she is receing the call. Need help

      Brahmin matrimony — regarding refund of rs 2000 / - paid in view of assisted matrimony service


      I sumit dabral holder of profile no brh2054797. I applied
      For assisted brahminmatrimony service on 26 nov 2018 and paid
      Rs 2000 / - as transfer to your sbi account, vide upi reference no.[protected], i was assisted by personal relationaship manager mr. Vishal and his cont. No is. [protected] he called me for couple of time & assured me to sending some good profiles to me every day basis and will help getting connected to some good profiles. He also assured that my profile will appear in the highlighted zone but i am very sorry to say that the response was very pathetic from his side and your company side. He never called me up again & also didn't pick my phone, i haven't seen any improvement in my profile & also didn't get any match for my profile, so i hereby request you to refund me my money i will have to unfortunately escalate this matter to higher authorities and other people.

        I had registered for brahmin matrimony and paid rs 5880/- for that id. But now we are not able to access through that id. If we give forgot password, the details which we had given during profile creation like email id, mobile number are showing as invalid/does not exist. What the hell!! In spite of several mails and calls the issue is not yet fixed.

        They are not responding to the customers which was not the case before i paid the amount. From this it is totally proved that this is a fraud service. Really frustrating!!

          Before going to the below trail mail, 1'st please let me tell you the bigning of the story
          I took a premium membership from bhart matrimonial, few days back. After making payment i observed my bharat matrimony is still showing free account, i called his executive what he told
          1. Sir your brahmani matrimony id is activated as a premium membership (This was done without my permission)
          2. When i raised question who told you to activate brahmin id, while i talked and paid for bharat matrimonial, he told sir as you will put cast in your profile so we separated it in brahmin matrimonial.
          3. I told him i don't believe in cast i want my id activation in bharat matrimony, he told don't worry sir, it can be change, you will have to drop mail to it's help desk, if you feel you are not getting good response from brahmin then you can change it.
          4. Now please go with the trail mail, this is the story, in spite of my rest no of calls or message activation on bharat, customer care has replied following.
          5. With this experience i would personally suggest never ever go with bharat premium account better to choose some other available options.

            I have received phone calls from Brahmin Matrimony regarding subscription. Despite my several queries, the caller didn't tell me his name rather he felt proud in stating that it is not required. Furthermore, he asked me to delete the profile created on the website or else he will delete it. when I asked for any of his seniors, he denied and said "jo kar sakta hai kar lo!!" Is there any thing that could be done regarding this? Is this the kind of service the company is providing? Above all, are these the kind of people, the company have found eligible as customer care executives to interact to their customers and who will be handling our profiles?

            If it is this kind of service, they must display it on their website what are the pre-conditions for creating a profile and it must be automated. The number of free usage days must be pre-defined and the profiles must automatically get deleted at the expiry of free usage term.

            I got a call from Anju Rawat, he said that according to you, you will be given a profile, your profile will be made separately, take your member ship when I took the membership, we do not have any profile according to us.
