Before going to the below trail mail, 1'st please let me tell you the bigning of the story I took a premium membership from bhart matrimonial, few days back. After making payment i observed my bharat matrimony is still showing free account, i called his executive what he told 1. Sir your brahmani matrimony id is activated as a premium membership (This was done without my permission) 2. When i raised question who told you to activate brahmin id, while i talked and paid for bharat matrimonial, he told sir as you will put cast in your profile so we separated it in brahmin matrimonial. 3. I told him i don't believe in cast i want my id activation in bharat matrimony, he told don't worry sir, it can be change, you will have to drop mail to it's help desk, if you feel you are not getting good response from brahmin then you can change it. 4. Now please go with the trail mail, this is the story, in spite of my rest no of calls or message activation on bharat, customer care has replied following. 5. With this experience i would personally suggest never ever go with bharat premium account better to choose some other available options.
