I have purchased dresses worth 8000. While billing they charged extra 10 for carry bag. We demanded a explanation since its shop owners responsibility to provide bag. But they refused to answer and not responded well. They hesitated and said i[censored] want bag pay or else take the clothes. It’s company rules like they answered. Many of our co consumers also raised. But they not hearing. Please
Take action kindly. I will be happy if this action will be taken.
