I ordered a brand factory product but the quality of the products was not good, so I returned the product to brand factory. Brand Factory and their payment partner PayU mailed me on 25/03/22 informing you that the refund has been transferred to your account. But till date no amount has arrived in my account. When I asked the customer care of Brand Factory and they told me that the amount has been transferred from here. Please contact your bank, after that I contacted the bank but the bank told me and no amount has been transferred to your account. Please help me.
