Brand Factory — service denial

I placed an order of backpack on 30/12/2019 which costs me ₹80 (96% off on mrp) while placing the order. I placed the order, ₹179 got deducted (80+99 shipping), i got the confirmation also. But, the same day in the evening, i received a message from them saying my order has been cancelled and the refund of ₹179 has been processed. When i called them to confirm the same, their response was like, there was a technical glitch on the site due to which the price of the bag seemed as ₹80. And now, they cannot process my order and no any further considerations would be entertained in this regard.
My question in this regard is that, if their site has any technical glitch, why the hell a customer has to suffer. Further, if there was something like that, atleast they should have contacted me or notified regarding the issue. But, they cancelled my order themselves and did not even bother to inform me about the same.
How is this justified, how a customer can believe them and show the trust. According to this and thier terms, they can deny any service saying they have issues in ther site. Disgusting!
