I ordered electronic juicer from brandfete.com on 22 August 2019 and today 29 August 2019 My grandmother received hand juicer which was wrong product with half open packet and my grandmother told delivery boy it is half opened but still he said I am regular worker don't worry it is correct and took 700 rupees cash on delivery but on packet doesn't mention amount. Product I ordered which pic mention in attachment and wrong product received pic also attached. So I complaint against wrong product received and want to return it and my money back 700 rupees.

I have ordered electric juicer price of 899/- but i got orange juicer of 50/-,
they are selling products under the name of brand fete in shopify e commerce platform. no contact numbers nothing they have.
