Bridgestone tyre came up with tata tiago car, used only 12000 km. During running air bubble and damaged before it get noticed. Never go for any claim, they will not entertain you at all. Only blame you for its usage. I think they manufactured tyre to perform pooja only, not for use😀😀😀

Would like to register a complain about malfunctioning of tyre during use.

I am purchase tata tigor car on jan 2019 on bhagwati moters panvel till date my car run 7500 km only but my car front right bridgestone tyre is came one little bubals i am complaint tata moters and but they said its bridgestone company problem so i call bridgestone but they not take responsibility of this tyre so i will request solve my complaint as soon as possible my contact number [protected]

I have purchased a swift car no. Dl 3ccr 2317 and it runs about 2400 km aproxx. While i was driving it on road it got flat tyre, on opening the tyre it came notice tha tyre has many minor carks in the tyre except a major crack in the tyre. Which shows that the tyre was already defected or very old. Please accept my complaint and change my tyres on your behalf.

Morning as per above cited subject i want to inform you that i have purches maruti ertiga from arya cars on dt 31.12.2018 having your company tyres i. E. Bridgestone having size 185/65 r15 serial no 4wlxdkl and dot code no 4wlxdkl1218, but the matter is that one of my car tyre is blast on dt 17.8.2019 when my car is park in front of my office i have been made a complet against manufacturing defect of tyre but your eng. Mr shardul patil can not consider that if i rush the car that time care body is also damage but the position is my car is in good condition u have to sujest me what can i do other go to consumer court or what should i do sujest me

Hi bridgestone team,

Today i got a rejection message for warranty claim no e1931072.

On 27th aug i came back to my office in night, when i was in nh24 highway suddenly front driver side tyre got cracked and how i save my self only i know that.
It was a new tyre and got crecked in back side wall in just 7 or 8k km running.

Now the concern is i purchased 4 tyres from bridgestone authorised dealer tyre dynamic sec 63 on 17th june 2018 they provide me online warranty and now they moved in tyre dynamic ahinsa khand 2 indrapuram.

When i went there and discuss about the incident the owner mr. Jitendra said that"kuch nhi ho sakta" without looking the tyre condition.
I got surprised with this kind of services of bridgestone.
When i insist for registering my claim he provide me the number of mr vinay shukla who is directly from bridgestone as a engineer.
Without any inspection from bridgestone engineer he registered my claim and after one day mr vinay shukla pass the judgement tyre reject
"we regret our inabilty to offer you any replacement as the failure was not due to any manufacturing fault and cause of failure is sidewall cut".

I can say they guys are just making fool to the people.

I request you bridgestone management team please look into this and replace the tyre.

I purchsed my tyre on 10 of june and from 27 of june tyre are kept at tyre shop from where i have purchased my tyre.
Wheel master tyre gurgaon. My both engineers provided from brigstone are not proving me a resolution there fore they saying both the tyre are not cover led under warranty im not getting how both tyre get bulge at same time.
I request you look over it and provide ne genuine resolution.

Hi.. I'm sashikumar... I've been using bridgestone tyre for 1 1/2years... It ran only 15000 kms... Still 15-20kms is the valid durability but the back wheel tyre has been shattered and bursted on all the sides of the wheel while the vehicle is on 55kms speed... Every week i'll check the air pressure so no worries about the air pressure... I want to know the reason why it happens while the vehicle is on motion... I've attached the photos of the tyre... I Have purchase 4nos of Bridgestone tires in the month of June 2019. but in current month ( Sept 19 ) one of the tire got a puncher & i consulted to near by puncher shop.He told its not a puncher its a breakage in sidewall & suggested to claim the warranty as it used less than a 1000 Km Then i gave consumer complaint to customer care. After some time i have received a call from the ajent & he communicated with the dealer where i submitted the tire & told its happened due to path hole then he offered me 35% discount which i refused to accept it. at the time of buying i have trusted this brand blindly but now im confused so kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible.

This rejection letter for warranty claim is not at all acceptable

The picture you are referring for a tyre cut also shows there are cracks developing on the side walls which is only due to bad quality product

The vehicle has only done 29000 kms, not even 2 years of running the tread and rubber texture from top is intact but the side walls are cracking

I am well aware of the fact that adverse driving conditions can cause cut in the type but in this case there is no cut on the tyre lining edges.in case any sharp object would have hit the type the first area to get a cut is the type lower edge and not the area near the rim end which is shown in the picture

I request you to look into this judiciously or else i will have to escalate this matter with bridgestone management team

I have verna fludic purchased in 2018 and till now only drive 14000km.

Very bad tyres i drive only 14000km and total 3 tyres and 1 pitch cutout and 2 burst on express high and state highway very bad customer service even after visit don't listen customer just say their words and leave. Till now i have spend more on tire then total kilometers. Still waiting for replacement very poor customer service.

I have purchase new toyata innova and only at 2000 kms its gut a cut on it. Very bad quality. I am saying car dealer that i dont want bridgestone tyre its very bad quality but he say its gud now cut also cover in it. Now when i face problem they r not giving claim of that new tyre. I have purchased four tyres of bridgestone from ashok motors, sector -16 noida. Model r16 b250 and within 2 months on of the tyre has worn out.

When i visited to the dealer where i have installed all the four tyres, he said that there's nothing that comes in warranty. If you need to replace a tyre, this is not possible with bridgestone, however he is a very big dealer of bridgestone with multiple shwrooms for bridgestone.

I never expected this from bridgestone, i hope this should be solved asap or else i think i have to take support of social media in this regards.

I have purchased honda city on aug 2018, it came with bridgestone tyres. Two weeks (20th july) before my front bridgestone tyre got teared, while i'm driving with around 40 kms speed in good road, total is below 8000 kms still now. So i have claimed warranty with bridgestone on 24th through my honda dealer, even i've the warranty but bridgestone have rejected my claim says some worthless reasons.

My question is so what is the use of warranty with bridgestone.
What is the trust on your tyre?

I had been using bridgestone tyres for my renault duster from a long time, but last month when i got the front 2 tyres replaced my experience was somewhat i never expected from a reputed company like yours. The newly installed tyres were damaged within[protected] kms of driving. I was on a my routine trip to chandigarh where a small patch of damaged road butsted both my tyres at the same time, what i was shocked to see was both the bew front tyres were damaged differently one from the outside and one from the inside, however there was no effect on the older tyres which were comparatively much more worn out as compared to the new one. This is without any doubt a case of the lack in product quality and inspection at your end. 2 tyres having diffrent kind of defects at the same time showcase that the newly made batch was either a poor quality one or there were some defected pieces that were not properly checked, due to this lack of quality from your end i was forced to be stranded in between a rather risky stretch. As a customer i felt betrayed by the company’s claim of best tyre quality as i already paid a premium over other brands for a higher quality product and in return i got a defected piece and what was more surprising was that after this the company denied to take any action against this. I sent both my tyres for inspection and was denied replacement on both of them.
I would like you to take the necessary action in this case and i expect you will not be leveraging your valuable customers because of a defective piece.

It’s harrashment as from one month i’m not able to go out anywhere as dont have good tyres in my car.

Hi this is suman i purchased tyres 6months back in isakathota, visakhapatnam. One tyre had got problem warranty is there i approched to your dealer one month back he told that he will replace with in 10days but till date he is not responding. Main issue is i am not having the stepny. Regullary i will go to long journey. Pls look in this matter and solve my problem

Complaint regarding authorised dealer for bridgestone tyres in bhilad sarigam main road, sarigam, tas umergoan, dist valsad, gujarat

This is to inform you that the owner of the said dealer is not giving original bill even if when you are making the entire payment, recently i changed one of my xuv-500 tyres from him and during the billing section when i asked for original bill which includes gst no he started giving me reason like the concerned person is not here, only he knows how to make the bills but after a lot of argument he agreed to give me the original bill which i am attaching.

Second, when i gave him my debit card to swipe he told that 2% extra it will be charged on the entire amount, since its the bank who charges this 2% as said by the authorised dealer, i am curious to know that it is really bank who charges 2% when we want want cashless india, then why should i opt for digitalization when i have to pay extra money

The authorised dealer seems to be very rude and avoid giving original receipts to its customers.

I request consumer complaints to take strict actions against these dealers so that in future they wont repeat such mistakes and also how much black money they must have collected by not providing original bills

I buy all new tyre of my cars 2 tyre i buy on[protected] are working perfect in my car.

2 tyre i buy on 10th on june and on 27 of june i have given those tyres to my dealer while tekking him that i have a tyre bulge in 15-18 days.

Where as my concern is i have faith n trust like from past 10 years my dad suggested me even though bridgstone is[protected] expensive then mrf and yokohama still you go for it.

My both front tyre i find them defective as in[protected] km how it can be a tyre bulge where as in using two tyre from march are running good.

All i can say tyre are defective or manufacture fault.

Sir about 7 days ago i register my compaint, the compaint number is -40052 whenever i call customer care they said my department team will contact today but non of call i receive till now or no any responce has been give me, i request you plz take action on this matter as soon as possible they had given me 2 days for waiting till now they don't able to work on this case.

Tyre bulge in 15 days and 1500 km. Is this the way company is providing tyres and both the front tyres.
I mean why i have spend 8750 on one tyre when was getting mrf at 7200.
I trust company and have faith on the comfort where as the executive is strictly deny to rejection on my tyres.
I mean all are living here for bribe.
Trust me if i might have given him 2k-3k as my friend adviced to do me.
But i was like i should not give bribe company should know people are suffering from. Where as the company has done breach of trust with me.
What if im buying from past 10 years brigstone only. They serve me like that i won’t ever recommend brigstone.
Where as if i don’t get relevant solution will go for consumer court.

Bridgestone tyre of my honda city car model CITY 1.5 VX CVT(i-VTEC) purchased from KISHIV Motors Pvt. Ltd., Kurukshetra on 10.08.2018 got flat/cracked while driving from Panipat to Kurukshetra on 07.07.2019. Registration No. of Vehicle is PB65 AT 2800. Total milometer reading is 9501 KM. Kindly arrange to inspect the same at Panipat address & replace damaged tyre under warranty period. Alternatively the same can be inspected at authorized dealer office at Panipat. Matter urgent & requires immediate attention Please.
