I have purchased 2 nos. Of b290 tyre from your soham wheel care, kalyan shil road, dombivli (E) on 12/8/2017.

Within a week, i found a tyre got flat on 20th morning. Contacted the dealer and he sent representative, who replaced the flat tyre with spare and i took the defective tyre along with them to their shop for checking. They checked and found air leakage from two places on the sides of tyre.

I asked for warranty replacement of defective tyre as it had run hardly few kilometers and was found defective with in 10 days which they refused.

They offered puncture repair. I have refused to accept and took back the tyre with me.

Need your intervention.

Hope you will understand the situation and arrange for warranty replacement at the earliest.

I had purchased 4 no's tyres from your dealer in Kochi - wherein the tyres have run for nearby 10 thousand kilometres & recently when I had some issues - went for a check & found that there is a damage in 1 of the tyres, out of the 4 tyres purchased.

Request you to look into this matter & do the replacement as the tyres are still in warranty period.

I have bought verna car from ahmadabad which came with your company's tyre its been 14 months till now from the date of purchase and 11000 km moved, one day i was at the petrol pump the nitrogen guy told me that your tyre is having a cut which is danger's and must be shown to the company then i visited my car dealer and they issue me a latter and told me to show to the tyre inspector at bridge stone so i went there showed them and then they told me it do not cover in our warranty its only cover manufacturing defects, as per me tyre is rare and tare product it must be that much strong to hold the road at-lest in low kilometer run the same question i asked to him but he told its a bomb it can get blast anytime on road and we are not responsible if it happens, so coming to the point if your company's tyre is a bomb and can burst any time on road i don't want one, so its a kindly request to refund my tyre money excluding the tyre with the cut as per u it do not cover your warranty i can not risk me and my family life on road.

The same i mailed to bridgetone india and the same guy called me who did inspection of my tyre and all the conservation i mailed to bridgestone still no replay since 6 days.

(Sir the area manager called me on my phone number and ask me to wait the person who did inspection of your tyre will call me and after few minutes he called me, our conversion held this way he reminds me i am the person who did inspection as i told before tyre can not be relapsed as it do not cover in warranty i told him i already know that and i told him this is not an issue, u told tyre is a bomb and can get burst anytime on road then he told yes if object will come it may blast, then i replied i know its not like your company has implanted rd x in it and can me triggered any time on road, yes i know if tyre run on a object it can get damage can lead to burst then i asked but if its hits small object like small stone and its new in condition less used then also it can blast or get damaged then he replayed may be sir ok now coming to the conclusion i don't want your company's tyre ether u replace it with higher variant of yours or refund my money. From now i can not trust your tyre as a good companion on road.)

I dally vincent purchased a new 2017 honda city 1.5 vx mt (I-vtec) bearing chassis no: makgm65dfhn300665 engine no: l15z14406734 invoice no: 6 on 1st july 2017 from m/s perfect honda (Perfect vehicles and services pvt ltd, muttom, ernakulam. During the delivery of the vehicle itself it was a bitter experience as the vehicle on delivery would not start as there was no fuel in it, later on the dealership staff arranged for fuel and got the vehicle started.

Later on the when the mileage on the odometer hit 300 kms the back left tyre had torn and on reporting to the dealership there was no response, later on after many calls and efforts we got in touch with one of the perfect honda dealership staff and was informed that the tyre could not be replaced as it does not come under warranty. It was advised to do a patch work on the tyre.

Moving forward when the mileage reached 433 kms we started hearing a roaring noise and jerking in the front of the vehicle and when checked the front left tyre was flat which i had replaced with the spare tyre and we took the honda city to perfect honda at kalamaserry. They (Honda service) stated that there was cut or tear on the inner side of the bridgestone tyre.. Note the mileage is 433 kms and the vehicle is not yet registered.

We requested the dealer m/s perfect honda that all the 5 tires need to be replaced as we have lost all hope in honda as well as in bridgestone tires, and most of all its a concern for safety of myself as well as my family members.

Perfect honda refused to provide any information or assistance with the defective tires and on repeated calls and followups they asked us to purchase new bridgestone tires at dealer price each plus the additional fees.

We have several family and friends that drives new honda cars. It appears that bridgestone is making dangerous defective tires and honda cars continues to purchase bridgestone tires for all of their honda vehicles. This very dangerous and a recall should be issued for all of the bridgestone tires. All law enforcement agencies need to be made aware of these defective tires because of accidents.

We request your goodself to take this matter seriously and arrange for the replacement of all my 5 tyres with new ones asap, i am writing this mail as it will be of no use contacting the dealership m/s perfect honda.

I have purchased i 20 car from lakshmi hyundai motors himayatnagar, hydrabad on 15th january 2016 with all bridgestone tyres fitted.

The above said tyres are not up to the mark and i have to face lot of problems and difficulties and finally i have to fit mrf tyres.

Even within 10, 000 km the tyres are getting punchered frequently and cracking.

I request bridgestone company to stop manufacturing faulty tyres.

I purchase two bridgeston tyre for wagon r in 09/2016 & both tyre are faulty, & my car is running bubbling condition, i raise a complaint in bridgeston coustomer care, he appoint a surveyor to solve issue but ur surveyor not solve my problem & give me suggesion, that first u purchase two tyres for ur vehical after it i solve ur problem. Complaint is about wire migration at shoulder that is a manufacturing fault and is very rare as conveyed by the engineer looking into the case. We were charged money for the replacement under warranty. Where is the customer security and the trust about which the company talks about. When the wire comes out of the tyre the engineer himself says that this is a manufacturing fault and then also they say that according to the policy the tyre is used and is 30% wear-out so we would charge you. Can somebody tell me that if the tyre is faulty and is suffering from a manufacturing fault why they are charging. What if the trye goes off and car meets an accident. The bridgestone site is also not accepting the feedback and showing technical error on site now how a person can win with these guys?

Resolution - the company should pay back the amount taken for the replacement of tyre which was suffering from a manufacturing defect as told by the checking engineer.

Dear sir,

I have a private car. I purchased 2 nos. Bridgestone tyres (155/65/r13 bs 5322 on july 07, 2015 from m/s m. D. Tradelinks pvt. Ltd., 618 dakshindari road (On vip road), kolkata 700048 (Ph.[protected]/[protected]; vikram. [protected]@gmail.com) but exactly after two years (Approx. Running mileage 30000 km) on july 08, 2017 i have been told by the same dealer of the tyre at the same address that one tyre gets damaged. I wanted to know how could it happen in the tyre like bridgestone company! The initial four tyres of mrf supplied along with the car (Purchased in april 23, 2010) were fully fine after 5 years and running of ~50000 km but this time after two years of running one of the pair of tyre gets damaged. The dealer was telling that it could happen in some tyres because of some manufacturing defects. I then placed written claim on july 08, 2017 (Saturday) for replacement of damaged tyre because during the time of purchase the replacement assurance was given to me and i kept the damaged tyre with them for the consideration of replacement. On monday (July 10, 2017) i was told over telephone that as per the view of company’s engineer, the damage was made sole by the driver and it was not due to manufacturing defect of the tyre at all. I was just thinking such response from them because the people like these (Big or small businessmen) never want to make any replacement at ease. They show different excuses to avoid commitment.

My simple question is that the vehicle tyre, which was purchased not to keep in showcase rather to run on road by the driver and the highways in kolkata and surroundings are now not so bad that driver can make any damage to the tyre. Moreover, purchasing tyre is not equal to the purchase of a lottery ticket. Buying tyre is not to test my luck! In a pair of tyres one is good and other is bad due to my “bad luck” as told by the dealer.

I think, every single item made by a reputable company must be equally competent to tolerate the wear and tear to the extent as specified by such company.in case of tyre, it is also equally true. Tyre made in india should be competent to face the conditions of indian roads.

The above-mentioned dealer has avoid to make any compensation of the damaged tyre.

So, i am lodging a complaint against the dealer to mentioned above to replace the damaged tyre with a new one.

Hello sir.. I purchased alto k10 from karnal motors, karnal on 27 april 2017. I found a crack on internal side of back tyre. This is dues to the manufacturing defect but the bridgestone exucutive denied and misbehaved. It is giving a lot of trouble to me and company people aren't listening at all, no customer support.
Pls sort out the problem i am facing. So that i can continue the use of bridgestone products in future also...

I have bought BMW X1 on October till now it has been completed 6 mnths and run upto 22000 km, i have changed 4 tyres till date due to tyre blast and punchers, like this how many times i have to change the tyres, i am not happy with ur service munich motors nagpur Maharashtra.vehicle no MH 49 AE 5151, please take a necessary action on munich motors either they are selling duplicate tyres or original because like this i have never listen about bmw, people are laughing by listening this,

I have bought etios liva in march last year, company fitted tyre of bridgestone. But now they are giving a lot of trouble and company people aren't listening at all, no customer support. Car driven is 10000 km and one tyre is replaced and same goes with other as well, they seem to be out of shape very soon. Only court case is the procedure left as there is no support from bridgestone. Will recommend and will never ever buy bridgestone tyres.

I bought Toyota Fortuner in Jan 2018 with Bridge Stone Tyre about warranty replacement in case of any fault other then Tyre Physical Damage due to rough usage.
After the total driving of 5000 Kms the rear left tyre got burst on clean clear highway, in the speed of 100/KMPH, after that I have contacted the Toyota & they called to Bridgstone inspector & after the insection Bridgestone company told that the problem is due to the hard hitting of some object and can not be consider under warranty claim.
I was simply driving the clean highway and there wasn't any hard hitting on the road, and I can see clearly that company is trying break the warranty and want me to buy new tyre after 5000 Kms running of new car,

I purchased two nos. Bridge stone tyre for my Honda city car from M/s T- Mart, 79, sector 12 A, OLD Delhi Road, Gurgaon thru Inv. No. TM 3G: 18635 ON Dated 07.09.2016.
After just using for three ( 3) months, one of it's was buldged from out side without any external mark on the tyre.
When I lodged complaint to above dealer for same, he called company engineer, who checked the same & reported thru his report no. 626284 dated 26.12.2016 as :
" Impact bulging due to impact of external hard object or pinching of side wall between rim flange & pothole causes ply cord damage resulting bulging"
I also mentioned on the same report that " I am totally dissatisfied with the comments mentioned by Bridgestone Rep. How a tyre may be damaged within span of only three months o[censored]se without hitting with any external object as there is no any external mark on the tyre.
Sorry to write that after waiting for more than one month there is no any response from your company for above.
I also face the same problem with my other car ( accent ) with same bridge stone tyre without any external mark of any damage.
Pl. check the above thoroughly & respond earliest failing will compel me to knock the door of consumer court.

I have purchased new Verna from authorized showroom 9 months ago

After short span o[censored]sage one of the Tyre was de-shaped immediately I have reported to the showroom dealer, during the inspection they also found that it is almost like manufacturing defect and asked me to submit the Tyre for inspection and replacement.

After the inspection Bridgestone company told that the problem is due to overloading and impact with object such as curb/pothole

I didn't have any incidence of overloading though i have traveled long distances

I am sure company is trying to mislead us with wrong inspection report

We request you to take proper action against them.

We had purchased Bridgstone tyres on 17/1/2015 and from last 6 months there were around 59 puncutes in all four tyres. When I complainted Chamunda Motors they told me to place complaint in the Bridgestone. This is first time I could see such type of case. Just imagine what level of frustation we would had faced in getting 59 punctures repaired. Yesterday Mr. Pawar, Service Engg. of Bridgestone visited and was formed on his opinion that there is no manufacturing fault and someone must had done it purposely or the person who is doing puncured repairing work must had done it. If so why only to my car rest no one had gone through this condition. We can simply see that there could be some manufacturing defect otherwise it is next to impossible to have so many puncures. Now I would like to request you kindly send some higher authority to go through the matter and do the needful ASAP. Thanks n regards

I have purchased a Maruti Suzuki Swift Dzire Tour 4 month ago from Bhandari automobile. My car run only 10000 (Ten Thousand)Km. In my third free service there is a lump notice in the Front tyre of my car which is Bridgestone make tyre. Bhandri Automobile called the authorised person Saikat De of Bridgestone to check the condition. The person told me that it was a "Internal hemorrhage" so, company will not replaced or solve the problem.

I have bought two treys of your company from Makkar Dyers Jagadhari Road Yamuna Nagar on dated 03/06/2016 .Now in one Tyre there is a defection i. e.one Tyre is defective .A mail is already i sent to you in this regard .But no response was given by you .Today again I remind you in this regard .I showed the Tyre to your company engg. Mr. Agraj Sharma on dated 06/10/2016 .He say that the side wall crack is not manufacturing fault .But it is actually manufacturing fault & also the behavior of your Engg. is not satisfactory .He does not attend my mobile phone .You are requested to replace my Tyre .

I bought a new car and its 5 months old now. It has now covered 5000 kms only and the tyre burst happened 20 days back. I called the very next day and they said there will be an investigation to know the cause. I was okay with that. Because there was no dent on my car or anything suspecting that it was because of me. Yet they never came to investigate.since then i have trying to reach them but they are ignorant about it. Its harrassment and what if i died? What if my car toppled? Because of tyre burst. I even have 3 yr extended warranty. All i was asking them to change the tyre because i dont have any extra tyre now. What if it happened again. Please help me out. I am a medical student in maulana azad medical college, bahadur shah zafar marg, new delhiand i got my car from sunrise hyundai, pandav nagar, delhi. Hyundai people were fine but this bridgestone guy has been making making fool out of me.
