Two tyres are damaged they were purchased just 5 months ago and now the engineer is saying tyre is not available and he is giving us a lower quality tyre suggestion but the thing is the tyres were too expensive to be damaged in such a short span of time the tyres were not even punctured once no accidents roads are good here too still 2 tyres damaged i have complain numbers too 11377 for the first tyre and 11595 for the second tyre . I have already written to them called them and still have no solution and my car is sitting in our parking and we are just not able to drive it anymore. I want them to at least take responsibility and address that my problem is severe why provide 3 years unconditional warranty when they are again charging us for replacing the tyres and its just been 5 months
Please make sure that i get some service from them we chose these expensive tyres because the car came with these tyres when we made the purchase and the tyres lasted us for 5 years but this time not even 5 months i really think the tyres were low quality . I am also attaching the photos of the damaged tyres the tyre with a cross mark is the tyre that damaged first and was still in driving condition and the 2 more photos are of the second tyre that got damaged and of no use at all.

I purchase the Tata Altroz XE in Feb 2022 and Tata Motors provide me the tyre of Bridgestone Tyre India. So in the month of December 2022 I found Bubble In Tyre in Just 8 Months of Vehicle and I inform the same to Vehicle Dealer Auto Vikas Faridabad where they lodge my complaint to Bridgestone Tyre India.
After lodge of my complaint one person Mr. Devender Singh inform me that my claim for tyre has been rejected without proper information.
The quality of tyre is so poor and behavior of executive is so poor.
Kindly replace my vehicle tyre as soon as possible without any further delayance.

I have TATA NEXON, run only 18k.

3 Times tyres got teared off in the sides.
I have driven carefully, but due to small stone hits also Tyres getting teared off. Very much disappointed and 3 times this has happened already within 1.5 years.

Kindly replace all my tyres...

I have TATA NEXON, 1.5 years old, company fitted BridgeStone tiers. Driven only 18k till now.

3 times Tires got teared off (Different trye) - within last 6 months. The tires getting teared off and the air going out immediately on the way. Due to small stone hits and touch in the sides, no tires should get teared off like this right?

I did not raised complaint for the first one as i thought it may be my mistake i might have touched any stone. But now in lat 2 times i have carefully seen no big or sharp edges i touched but still for small road hicks tires getting opened up.

I am sure its a quality issue. Please help me on the same.

We bought 4 tires of your brand and replaced our old tires with new one on 31st March, and it is not even 8 months and to our surprise, we saw a big crake in the side of the tyre 2 days back. We immediately approached the dealer (GS Motors in Tambaram) for replacement, and to our surprise we got a call back today morning stating this is not a manufacturing defect and hence cannot be taken in the warranty. Additionally, the dealer also mentioned silly reasons and stated that there is no air leak so it is safe to drive the tyres. I was really surprised and unhappy with such an answer.

We have not even driven 5000 kms with this tire and I understand if we would have at least used it for higher km and wear and tear etc. As you know, this car can be used on hilly roads etc. However our drive was not even to such places. If the tire cannot withstand this usage, how can we believe the quality of your brand?

Inspite of all this, your attached quality check says warranty cannot be claimed as it is not a manufacturing defect? It is a big safety concern for me to use this tyre with the crack (as per dealer advice) - I dont even know how can someone give such an advice and put the blame on warranty. I am working in Ford for past 17 years and the reason for me to recommend and change to bridgestone (all 4 tyres in particular) was because of the brand image i had on Bridgestone. Pictures attached for reference.

I look forward to treating this under warranty and replacing the same with the new tyre on immediate basis.

I bought TATA Nexon car on 28/10/2022 from Chima show room at madurai .On Nov 3 2022 my car front left tyre became flat and I the same shown to TATA service and sent to Bridge stone company .The tyre got outer side wall crack and they say it is not warranty defect .
But I am as owner very much sure never hit the car tyre side way.I am saying it is due to rubber quality that’s why cracked .
Now bridge stone says that it is not warranty defect even though the defect happens within the warranty period.
Now bridge stone tyre company refusing to replace the tyre with new for free of cost
They are keep on insisting it is not warrant defect

I have purchased tyre of bridgestone from Delhi.
As I have shifted to noida and authorused dealer of noida of bridgestone denying replacement of my tyre which js under warranty and bill is with me .

Kindly suggest.

I was purchased new car and the tyre was brust in just 28776km then I was claim the tyre under warranty but the Bridgestone company was rejected my claim. The tyre was brust in running on highway.

I have wrote this complaint for my tyre air leakage in 9 months when i purchased. I have registered the complaint in toll free number the engineer was called in 4th day only then he closed the online complaint and send to vendor. When i vendor they sent to claim form and bridgestone enginer rejextbas it sidehole and its not possible to consider warranty then they offered 30n% goodwill for these 5000km running tyre. How I can accept this kind off irresponsible policy. Why they put in advertisements as 3 year warranty and I have lose 10 working for this issue 😑

My tyre is damaged in one puncutre only which is in warranty and the dealer ( new chawla, gurgaon, nehru stadium market) is refusing to replace it.
Please take action as soon as possible.

I bought 2 bridgestone tyres 7 months back and over the last 1 month, one tyre developed a bulge on its side and the 2nd tyre got 2 punctures after going through a pothole. I contacted my tyre dealer in thrissur, Kerala - ISLAND TYRES, near sakthan stand, thrissur. After having some discussions with bridgestone authorities, he told me that the tyres wont be replaced or no other adjustments are possible.

I got the information from other tyre company people that they are giving warranty for damages like this.

It is really pathetic to experience this after such a short period of time - with in 7 months. And also the response from the dealer and the company representative with whom he talked, was unbelievable.

Hello, I own a 320d Sedan with a registration number PB91K1827 Warranty Start Date30-Sep-2020by the name of SHREE RANDHA STEEL WORKS.
In less than 2 year time car running to 19797 KM only city driving !

In the last less than 2 years period already Tyres are getting burst, Bridgestone has rejected complaints ( raised through Krishna Automobiles G.T. Road, Dhandari Khurd, Ludhiana 141014, Punjab, India ) stating that the front right side tyre crack is not a manufacturing defect but it is happening due to external damages. As i have mentioned to them already that the place where this accident happened you can inspect no potholes and no chance of external damage were there where this accident happened as well as tyre pressure is also well maintained! Also when tyre got burst car got miss balanced as you can see in the images the marks of tyres on road and that impact on alloy wheels occured in that point of time

Clearly, Bridgestone Runflat tyres are extremely substandard and poor quality with inbuilt manufacturing defects . Trust, nobody would have experienced such a turbulent situation that Bridgestone tyres are already replaced in less than 20000 KM.
And it's not that this case happen with me first time i own a Mercedes C class and innova Crysta with Bridgestone tyres and in very short time of interval of time one by one all tyres got busted you can have a look in records as well with registration number if innova crysta pb10 fx 5500 and mercedes registration number Pb10gw5500. And all tyres got replaced because of a manufacturing defect.
And in regard To Krishna automobile no solution has been given in past 7 days as they have already given me the quotation for the charges which i have to bear for replacement of tyre and which is very disappointing and above all i have been mentioned by Krishna automobiles Ludhiana BMW will not be responsible for any kind of damages made in future if same problem occurred in case of tyre burst.
Below i am attaching few pictures of my accident of tyre burst on that spot of time and you can clearly check how bad this accident could have happened if there were traffic of road at 1am at that time.
Bridgestone needs to immediately arrange Free of cost replacement for all these 4 tyres otherwise necessary legal action through the consumer forum would be initiated! Further, in my personal opinion anybody opting for a combination of a BMW car with Bridgestone run flat tyre is inviting permanent trouble and loss to BMW brand value to customers.

The jeep compass i bought in April 2018, came with Firestone 225/60R17 tyres. The car has hardly done 27000kms. Tyre servicing including, balancing, rotation and wheel balancing were meticulously done every 5000kms. The tyres however are seen to wear unevenly, with the edges perceptibly pitting.

I purchased two Tyres from M/S Kundan Tyres Add- 23, Jail Road, East, Ranchi, Jharkhand, Infornt of Sidhu Kanhu Park dated 07.05.22 but on 13.06.22 when I was in Bokaro, one tyre get deap cut and get puncher so that I go M/S Malti Motors Add- KD -23, City Centre Sector 4, Bokaro Steel City and describe the situation about new tyres. and as per his instruction I was repaired the damaged tyre but when I was reached Ranchi and claim about the tyre to M/S Kundan Tyres first they say we are unable to replace please come next day, on second day they give excuse that the concern (claim department) person is not available while I was present in Kundan Tyre at fixed time given by him. On Third day they refuse for replacement of tyre.
I also did complain dated 20.06.22 through customer care, my complain number -5570. They assure me to resolve this issue in 5 working days but till date it is not solved.
