Purchased 03 tyres on 23.06.2019 & my vehicle has run 15000 km after tyre change. In one tyre air buldge has appeared. All three tyres also show drop in air pressure very frequently. Need replacement for the tyre which shows air buldge & would also want the rest tyres also inspected for any manufacturing defect.

your dealer anil tyres REWA MP said that there is no claim on tyres of Brodgestone.

Hello sir/madam
i have been using bridgestone tyre from my vehicle purchase (14.08.2020)
after first service im issuing tyre noise till now
one vendor from ur team came and inspected my vehicle but im not satisfied with this issue till now...
I cant drive my vehicle for more than half-an-hour. Im getting headache because of this noise.
Its so disturbing my health.
According to bridgestone they are saying there is no issue in tyre.
But i continusly having tyre noise which brings health issues to me and family members.
So please make me a relief from this issue im facing
since it has been 6months only!!
i brought this dzire vehicle im receiving this issue after my first service.
So please do make efforts to recover this issue fast please...

this is k.c.naidu from India i have Hyundai creta car which is having bridge stone tiers. the car is just run 22000 hrs 2no tiers are badly damage .i claim to my showroom and i talk with mr D.V. Nikhilesh .distric manger .PSR repl. sales . vijayawada A.P INDIA but he is talking very rude with costumer also he is telling you can do whatever you want . he never explain anything he just send report to my showroom its reject.any how i have good experience with bridge stone tiers pls consider my feed back i hope i never buy this bridge Stone tiers also i will explain my friends and relatives my feed back.

It was literally a pathetic service experience with your services,
Gist:-
Day before yesterday Jan15th 2021 I went to Talegaon via Mumbai Pune express highway, where my rightside rear tire got bursted, it was a horrifying experience since I had my family in car I couldn't thought of anything else..near Talegaon toll plaza I exited somehow..where I put stepny and went ahead.

Today morning (January 17)I went to your dealer N.V.Sales where I met with one Mr Dinesh.where I asked them to provide replacement of my tyre..
Mr Dinesh did his formalities and asked me to pay Rs.1298 for the replacement.
I agreed to pay..on which he tried submitting the replacement request but Alas!!! Your pathetic server didn't responded with the OTP..###..
I litterally wasted my 2 hours of my previous time waiting for your stupid OTP.which didn't come...!!!
On which your delear Mr Fines asked me to pay the full amount of Rs.3100+ Rs90 for using credit card payment..
First of all I literally frustrated with your service and a ### product..in last 10 months this is Second instance where your tyre gave me ###!!!

I want my 1890 refunded with immediate effect, I have your bursted tyre with me let me know where should I drop the same for your warranty procedure.
Delay in responding like your ### OTP service will lead to file a complaint with consumer FORUM!!!

There is a problem of air

I have purchased 5 tyres last year. But I have problems of air with two tyres.

Iam using all new ertiga TN 85 K 8750 now not completed 1.5 years but tyre was bulged i want replace the tyre or rectify the complaint. R15 tyre 185/65.

I purchased 2 no's of Bridgestone B250 175/65R14 82T on 23/02/2019 for my Honda Amaze, with in two years the tyres both side become thin and metal threads visible.

I purchased the vehicle Innova Toyota from Bhavnagar showroom and it has just two months old and the spare wheel which was used by us was having a problem of tyre pressure when approach to the agency and the dealer they were not ready to listen the complaint and have rejected the claim the tire is to tradition and distorted and if it comes on falls under the claim time I request you to please look into the detail and contact at the earliest your support will be an obligation towards me

I purchased a new car (CRETA HYUNDAI -2018 Run only-13000 KM) with Bridgstone Tyre(Tubeless)i was going somewhere and Tyre brusted due to MF/other issue on the way and it was in perfect conditions.Bridgstone company denied to replace it in warranty.Mr.sudip das inspected the tyre and as usal deniyed to replace the tyre.

My observations:

1. Tyre was run without air around 1.5 KM after burst.
2. Before the burst tyre was in good condition. After burst Tyre was run around 1.5 km. main possibilities nail inserted at that time

I am trying to register warranty from last two days but all in vain. There is lot of problems. I think you don’t want to give warranty that’s why happening all.

I bought ertiga zxi+ in March 2020, and it has not run even 5000 kilometers and it has not been 1 year, then why did such a problem come in the tire please provide me new ertiga tyre .

I have complained on 2 of July for a tyre crack in lockdown by standing for a long period then they take complain on call then tell the engineer wil call you in 3 days but not called then I recall them then they give me the number of engineer and I talk to him and tell the problem he tell me that he will send anyone for inspection but not send anyone. After some time I again call the compony and they said inspection is done and we are not doing anything. I am helpless now what to do.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am an Indian Navy Officer and possess a Honda City car ivtech MT VX purchased in sep 2017. Since then it has ran 17500 kms. This is my first Honda car and liked by my entire family.

Recently, on 28 Nov 20, while driving my Honda City on greater noida express highway from Delhi to noida with my family, the front left tyre of the car suddenly burst leading to unbalanced driving on the busy highway. This was a nightmare drive for me with my wife and two kids onboard and risking our lives leaving it to the mercy of God. Somehow I managed to get the car to the side. We all were scared. Somehow I consoled my family and then changed the tyre.

I would like to bring to the notice that the abovementioned incident really shocked me & my family. This safety related critical issue has really weakened my faith in the car as well as tyre, which me & my family were proud of.

The tyre fitted in my car is of Bridgestone make.

After the incident, it seems that the tyre contracted and fitted in my car is of poor quality and needs to be replaced with good one. I strongly agree that the ownus of this failure may be attributed to the tyre company. Understand the performance and durability of the tyres are reputation of the said company who is also a world class leader in this segment.

In order to obviate such incidents to reoccur in future and to maintain the customer's faith, would request your kind self to see the matter seriously and provide me with the replacement of good quality all five tyres on immediate basis.
