Brigade Visas — Cheating by Brigade Visas - Want my money back

Dear Concerned,

I had approached Brigade Visas last year for enquiry on immigration (PR Visa) to Canada. Even though I was sceptical, Brigade Visas person Mr.Sudheer from Brigade Visas, Bangalore gave me false assurances and told me that it is 100% chances of my Visa to Canada and if I did not get my PR Visa within 1 year he will personally ensure that I get refund of my 100% fees paid towards consultancy. According I had signed agreement where they had committed that they will pay 100% fees paid if I donot get the PR Visa to Canada within 1 year. Now it is more than 1 year and I had lost all money due to this false commitment on the part by Brigade Visas. During the past year coordination was done by Brigade Visa, Hyderabad and they did not ensure in any way that I get the PR Visa. So apart from the consultancy fees paid I had also incurred heavy costs for IELTS and WES for myself and my wife which by itself comes around Rs.1.06 lacs apart from the Rs.82, 600 and Rs.1, 200 fees paid to Brigade Visas.

I request you to provide me with speedy justice with regard to refund of 100% fees paid and also adequate compensation for the mental agony and suffering due to false commitments by Brigade Visas.
