Brigade Visas — payment partially refunded

Hi,

I contacted brigade visas with head office in hyderabad for my canada permanent resident visa process. They agreed to start my visa process with single payment of fee 55000rs. I agreed for that and made the payment but, after making payment they told me that i'm not eligible for this visa process and i need to write an exam to improve my score and chances of getting eligible. I got bit frustrated and asked them why it has not been told before i make the payment they agreed their fault and accepted to refund my money. But, they refunded only 28600 out of the money i paid 55000 rest they retained as nominal fee for not providing any service. I paid 55000rs. On 19/9/2018 requested for refund on 21st after i got to know i'm not eligible after long struggle and fight with them they refunded 28, 600 on 29/1/2019. Now i need help in getting refund of rest of my money 26, 500 from them.

Taxes paid to the service tax department of india 18 %: 9, 900 inr

Ebs payment gateway charges deducted by the third party 5 %: 2750/-

Nominal fess retained towards the service expenses: 13, 750/-

Refund amount approved: 28, 600 inr

Note: refund will be processed within 60 days from the day of refund approval.
