Hi, i had paid an advance payment of inr 15000/- to brigade visa in july 2019 end for which no services have been availed by me. My 73 year old father in law has been recently diagnosed with cancer hence we have dropped the plan of canada migration hence we do not intend to proceed. However brigade visa is not returning the advance of inr 15000/- paid to them.
I had given the option to even provide the medical documents of my father in law and informed that the decision to migrate has changed due medical exigency however they are not willing to refund the payment. Pls help as i am already buried under huge expenses as have been through a lung surgery recently and now my father in law requires long medical care and financial help as well hence i am in no position to lose my hard earned money.
