I was travelling by bus no:512 which came to merind bus stop at around 10.55 am today, 18.9.2019 and was travelling upto ghansoli naka. Pl note bus no:mh-01-la-6300, internal bus number written in red as 5147. When i asked him why there was no bus at that bus stop plying to ghansoli for almost an hour or so, the conductor said, i should be thankful for that bus... That was very rude...
I generally travel from mulund goregaon link road bus stop to ghansoli naka, for which i get the ticket of rs.10/-.. When i asked him for the ticket from merind ltd to ghansoli naka, he gave me the ticket from hegdewar chawk to standard alkalies and charged me rs.15/-. The ticket number is[protected]

I am regular customer who travel from best bus number 307. The best will always be delayed fro 30 minutes or might be 60 minutes also. This is regularly happened which causing the delay to my office.

Can u help me in this situation.
I am being asked to pay arrears in my BEST electricity bill.

please note that I make online BEST electricity bill payments. therefore the amount comes automatically and it matches the actual bill amount. but still in the next bill i am asked to pay arrears. how is this possible?

    Dear sir,

    First of all thank you to best staff for providing transport services in mumbai. I have huge respect for all your driver's, conductors and all supporting staff and officers. To drive best is a really great task done by your drivers despite of huge traffic n poor condition of roads.

    However it is observed that due to some work going ahead aarey picnic point, route for bus no 460. (Gorai depo-mulund), and bus no 489 (Dahisar bridge-shivaji nagar aagar) is diverted. I daily commute from national park to bses. On 13.09.2019 i took bus 460 from virwani estate (As no any bus i got so i took 460) and i asked ticket for bses and your conductor told me that he doesn't know where bses is. Let it be. Then i requested him that stop is right next to aarey picnic point. He again told me that stop is not for this bus. I know he is right as it's clear instruction from your superiors. So i requested him to stop bus @bses and he replied that he is not going to stop bus at bses and i[censored] want u can talk to driver.

    As a human we all know how risky it is to travel in aarey during night hours. However i requested driver and he stopped bus @bses. Big thanks to your driver as he understands what humanity is.

    So this type of incidents might be happening on daily basis with so many commuters.
    (Actually 70-80%times this type of incidents happened with me. Bus slows before bses stop and as stop comes driver runs it fast and doesnt stop bus.) as a good gesture i sincerely request you to stop bus no 460, [protected]@bses @pro rata ticket charge.

    Hoping for a good corrective action.

      Poor frequency of[protected] buses. Also 422 buses come almost after one hour & two three busses come at a time in peak evening office hours after 6.00. P. M. Today waiting for any andheri west bus from 6.10 p. M at marol & 533 bus arrived only at 7.10 p. M. After i got off at andheri two 422 buses one after another passed by me. Actually i had to travel by 422 to reach irla but had to take 533 as that was the first bus which arrived.

        This is to inform you that i have received my electricity bill for jun, 2019 which is for rs. 2160 and for july it is 1500 approx.

        Please note that every month my electricity bill amount increasing higher than last month.

        My room is 1+2 whole day we are not in the house for more than 10 hours daily and we use limited appliances.

        Can you please look into this matter and revert back at the earliest.

        My consumer no is –[protected], requesting to check meter.

        Your quick response in this regards will be highly appreciated.

          This is rakesh kaunder, this is complain against the bus driver and conductor on bus no 415, they did not stop at busstop took only few people half bus was empty. People had to wait at busstop in heavy rain. We try to stop the bus but the driver and conductor were rude.

          Please take action against the driver and conductor, i have attached photo of bus ticket.

          And the was not at time, had to wait for 1 hour. The bus took only few people and left with half empty bus.

            459 Bus (8730 MH-OI I. 9868) that starts from outside Malvani Depo (morning 8:30 onwards)

            1) Bus never arrives on time have to wait for 30 mins
            2) Even after standing in long queue the bus driver / conductor allows his friends (some group o[censored]ncles who are totally fit to maintain the queue and catch bus) to break the line and get into the bus
            3) driver / conductor Make the bus wait for their known people.

            I complaining of BEST bus number 5035; i get into the bus at 9.30 in the morning from front door ; driver stop instantly as it is a starting point. it affect our office timings. also it happen because of at bus stop auto rickshaw stands, they were standing without permission.

              I wanted to go to to godrrej company for which I took 524 bus from birivali, but after boarding I was been told that the bus doesn't goes there due to work. Why are they not updated of that the case in advance so that we can go for other options

                I am in usa, earlier my son used to make best electric bill payment. He has shifted from that place and when i try to log in, it does not allow me. Now i have my own id, phone number which are different from my son. Hence i am not able to make payment on line. Earlier there was a facility making payment without registration, which does not prevail any more. Utter gujarat vidyut co and adani gas, torrento power etc. Have easy payment facilities-one facing no trouble. Why best has removed payment without facility? Isn't it time to remedy this difficulty at the earliest? Help me to make payment on line.

                  My name is rehman bus number mh04ep0723 batch number 43343 driver name ajay deshmukh he broke my car mirror when i was getting my luggage from my car and he run away when i chase him and ask him what you have done and now your running away he said me he was having rights to do that hit and run when i ask him if you have then you will run over peoples and run away then he said that he will and that time he take out rod to hit me and he started abusing me is this rights best giving to drivers to hit and run i'm having all in video so please do need

                  I had loaded my BEST cash card with 500/-, but soon after the machines used to read the card got discontinued.
                  Now my money is stuck in the cash card and iam not getting proper response from the depot.
                  Need help.

                    I am traveling from kashmira to thane station in bus no. 700, the bus regn. No. Is mh01 6332, i am carrying only 500 rs. Unfortunately not having any change today and requested conductor for change also if he doesn't have it now he can hand over the change at the last stop also.
                    But he started shouting and telling me to get down in between and continuously yelling and telling all passengers to demean me.
                    I have still given my 500₹ and not received any money in return but still he kept on shouting and insult me as a passenger.
                    This is not acceptable.
                    Please return my money and take strict action against him so that he doesn't do such things to any passengers again

                      Sir. I was travelling in my car today afternoon on LBS Marg between GHATKOPAR and Vikroli . The driver recklessly cut from left to right into my lane badly damaging my left rear view . Had it not been my forced braking, it would have caused huge damage to my life and wife besides my car.
                      Further he refused to stop and instead drove recklessly to avoid me. I had to pursue him for a distance before he could stop. I demand BEST take action again him as his driving is a menace against society. The Bus no is MHO1LA5339 and the accident occurred on 13Apr2019.

                        One month ago, my electricity bill was rolled up and i had done a complain, but i could not find any solution from them. Still i m getting high electricity bill. First they made correction. Then they told me to pay 2500 instead of 1400 rs. Again next month i got electricity bill rolled up. And again i have paid 800rs instead of 745rs this is how they are charging high bill. Then they told me to give last month bill and then i went home to collect bill. This is how they have wasted my time twice and charged high electricity bill. Still now my problem is not solved.

                          Before some month goverment installed new led light

                            I'm trying to renew my best pass online but the online page to renew pass (http://www.bestpass.co.in/best/onlinepass/renew/) is not available.. Every time i try to access it shows connection timed out. I also tried to renew my pass with best android application ridlr app but this service also not available. It's showing application could not connect to the agency.. It seems online services to renew is not working.. Terrible service. Please make it available..

                            The bus 333 has very less frequency. Hardly there us any 333 for half an hour or more sometimes . Kindly take some action against this . Kindly increase frequency of the bus or shut it down we can find other way to travel.Best Conductor behave very rudely with us...

                              Today 20th feb 2018 bus driver of 308 bus departure of bus at 08:20 from vidhyavihar bus no:mh01 ap0319 / 1543 conductor badge no: 93617. The bus driver is very rude and non co-operative. Since the route has changed from vidhyavihar to kamani, we the passengers of kamani bus stop have been left stranded at kamani signal. All the buses that leave from vidhya vihar station do halt and take passengers at kamani signal however the driver of above mentioned bus with the conductor details given treats passengers like dirt and inspite of the conductor telling him to halt the bus he just rushes away. Where should we wait for the bus??? If other buses can halt why cant this driver also halt to take passengers

                                The frequency of c-12 express bus is very very bad. On an average, everyday people have to wait for an hour. Daily there was a bus at 9.20 am from dahisar but from the past 2 days, this bus is not coming and commuters are reaching late to office. Can anyone concerned look into this. This concern is also faced in the evening after 7 pm. The waiting period is very long.

                                  I am a frequent traveller on bus: 461 from past 2 days the 6:20 am bus has been missing when asked at the nearest depot they said it's not usual practice but due to being short-staffed it has happened. But this being continued causes a lot of issues as the next bus which is supposed to leave at 6:35 doesn't even reach on time and leaves from mulund check naka only after 6:40 am.. Please look into this matter urgently..

                                    inflated electric monthly bill despite reduced consumption wadala branch

                                    Every few months, best electric, wadala branch seem to be falsely inflating monthly electric bills.

                                    Dec 2018 to today, 29th jan 2019 is winter and the load in my home has reduced, as not been using the acs and other heavy load appliances. Yet the monthly bill seems to be increasing! Why?

                                    Best wadala this is my 3rd and final complaint to get your procedures correct, else...

                                    It has been observed that you have been sending
                                    Incorrect excess bills on a regular basis.

                                    You are not deducting the payments made for the earlier bills and are sending excess bills for the following months.
                                    This is my third complaint in a years time.
                                    You need to seriously take this matter up and look into it at the earliest
