Today, i. E. On 13.02.2018 while waiting at antop hill church bus stop for boarding bus no. 341 to reach marol, the bus which arrived at 9.55 am at the said stop did not halt though 03 passengers including me were waiting to board the bus, the bus drove away without stopping on the conductor's bell this incident has occurred with me for the 3rd time at the same stop and the same bus no. 341 which starts from antop hill, mumbai and reaches antop hill church bus stop at around 9.55 am, and hence this complaint. I am a regular commuter of this bus. It is requested to take strict action against the concerned bus conductor/driver for non-halting of the bus even if there are only 02/03 passengers to board the bus. It is the duty of every bus driver/conductor to halt the bus at each bus stop atleast for a few seconds, even if there are no passengers to board the bus. An early action is requested.

I Manali Parab was traveling from Bus 425, today early morning. As ticket conductor din't took my ticket. As my stop came, i realised i hav no ticket, i went hurry to take ticket. That ticket conductor was very rude and told me to get down on the next stop. There is no humanity.

    i wanted to inform you about the incident happen at bandra (east) bkc kalanagar this bus driver recklessly driving trying to pass the traffic signal i was standing at the traffic signal and this bus just came and banged my car (MH01CP5159) BLUE BMW X1

    date of accident 7/02/2018 time approx 1:30PM

    THIS BUS DRIVER did not even get out instead he pressured me not to report the incident and also his people were with him to pressure me
    please make sure to take proper action against him

    My complaint is against the best, who had supply the power to the tenants (, un authorised room) which are suitated at parking area.
    Even after knowing that building is in under construction.
    They had supply the power to building from gr to 11th floor.
    Kindly take a legal action against the builder.

      Best bus mumbai city —
      Arrogant behavior

      In morning, many best buses reunning on route no.606 from bhandup to nardas nagar. The bus driver purpersly goes slow even though no traffic problem occure on this road in morning. Many of the time conductors, drivers & ato given reason that they will reach at their place on decided time only not before that, but in this situation passenger face problem and they can't reach on decided place or on duty on his time because of slow driving. Many of the times conductors, drivers & ato doing only time pass because they don't want to reach best bus before scheduled destination time and nothing doing anything if any passenger complaint abouot the same. Sometimes they reply very arrogantly. They says, we are part of goverment and we will do only what we want. Nobody can do anything against us.
      E. G. Bus route no, 606 and 605.

      I personly requested respective person please look into the matter to avoid unnecessary clashes.

        496 ltd bus frequency is very bad. It is the only bus which runs from mulund to andheri from l b s road.
        403 is already on minimum frequency, mostly runs from huma to marol depot.
        In evening 496 route is curtailed to seepz as the bus gets stuck in traffic and staff is to be relieved.
        Today in one hour waiting pertat andheri 3 buses were short routed to seepz.
        Pl look into

          Dear concerned,
          Im 18 year old and not a regular bus commuter. On 25th of january, me and my friend tried boarding the bus mh01la5651 which goes to mumbai central depot.
          We tried getting in through front door. We arent uneducated and we realize that shouldn't have been done but the bus was stuck in heavy traffic at tardeo road. The driver saw us entering yet started the bus and we might have got injured. Moreover, in a rude manner told us to get lost. This is very disturbing and humiliating for any girl.
          That behaviour isnt socially acceptable and that humiliation can get is getting me into a disturbed state of mind. So i request you to take measure against this rude behaviour. No one deserves to be treated this way. I hope this doesnt fall on deaf ears and i get a response for this as soon as possible. Thank you.

            449 bus has the worst timings till date i have seen whilst travelling from kalina to chakala, andheri. There is no single bus from 7.30 to 9 am and 5 to 7.30 pm. Same goes for 181. Mornings the 181 does arrive at 8.05 and another by 8.30am which is a huge gap between a bus. As per best bus timings 181 should be running every 12-15 mins, but these timings are not followed & hence cause inconvenience to common travellers.in the evening the case is much much worser then morning. 181 arrives at 17.45 but fully packed and then the driver does not halt the bus at chakala stop/bisleri stop. Sometimes the bus is not available for nearly 1hr 30 mins which is very bad i suppose. Why is the frequency not increased specially on the route from chakala to kalina there are 40, 180, 181, 348, 449, but not a single bus comes on time or in frequent intervals. Many a times we have to book ola car or rickshaw or cab which works out costlier to common commuters like me.
            I have travelling from past 2 months from the above route to & fro but always late to office or reach late home. Can you please look into this matter urgently and take immediate steps.

            Conductor argument with me regarding 10 Rs.coins. he told me kisko complaint karna karo main nahi darta.
            if he is behaving like this then how to our economy going up because

              Best is not concerned about the electricity complains it receives. Nor is it concerned about having any fixed customer service number to keep people confused and keep them from calling.
              Must make a web portal so a person can complain about the issue without having to call number of times.
              Best employees are least concerned about their job. Their attitude is still 90s attitude which is pathetic. I am very very dissatisfied with best (The name itself is a joke)

                Bus no 357 route shivaji nagar to bombay central time 14:02 pm, bus ticket collectors refuse to take rs 500 notes (New currency) and give tickets. When i asked for reason he told that there are duplicate and fake currency of rs 500 in the market. He also told that it is there normal practice of refusing / not accepting rs 500 new currency notes from public. I was travelling with my family hence could not do anything at that time i asked his batch number but he denied to give.
                Refer the ticket number [protected] dated 01.01.2018.
                Pl. Help and compensate for such unethical behavior done by the public transport (Best) staff member.

                Your complaint was investigated by concerned Depot Manager and it was observed that the conductor working on Bus Route 357 as already deposited Rs.500/- notes in currency on the said date in his earnings. However, the concerned Bus Conductor have been instructed to accept Rs. 500/- note from the passengers after verification and to be behave courteously with passengers.

                Inconvenience caused to you is deeply regretted.

                  Really unhappy with best service of 40 ltd bus. I have to wait for nearly 1hr on 9th december on मदकेबुवा chauk, lower parel in night with my family including my little girl. As per m-indicator bus schedule bus timing was 10.22pm, 10.45 pm, 11.03pm. I was waiting for d bus since 10.20 pm and bus came on 11.10 pm. We saw one bus going to depot around 10.30 pm but still we have to wait till 11.10 pm which is not acceptable. If any bus is getting cancelled then they should try to arrange another bus to help customers. Also when checked the bus conductor about the process to log a complaint he said we need to go to sewree depot to do it. They don't have online portal to log it and he is not aware about it.in the bus i found below number mh. 01 la. 6357. Please look into the matter. Thanks.

                  I want to know the bus gone at 10.30 pm where it went? Has it gone to depot? Ideally same bus should come out at 10.45 pm which has not happened. Not sure if BEST has a online portal and can we log our complaints on that portal. If such portal exists then please educate bus conductor about the same. In today's world we don't want to hear that we have to go to depot to log our complaints.

                    Dear team,

                    Its been observed that bus no 63 and 62 frequency has been reduced. At sayani road bus no 63 never come on time between 11.30 am to 12.30 pm, when ever it comes last would be parel st depot or byculla. Its frequency has been reduced drastically. Earlier we never use to reach late to school and office since 3 to 4 moths we never on time to reach school due to delay of buses. Its a request kindly consider my request to increase frequency of bus no 63 or 62 so that we can reach on time to school. We don't have other alternative as we need to get down at clare road for afternoon school which starts 1pm, only bus 63 or 62 can reach us on time.
                    Kindly increase frequency of buses between 11.30 and 12.30 pm..

                      My regular electricity bill is around 350 to 400 rupees. But in the month of november i received unusually high bill of inr 2340. My usage is of only one tubelight.

VAGHDA DAMJI NATHA on OCTOBER 2016(copies of seller’s deed is enclosed herewith) and have received full payment for the sale.

                            Amount of payment was 1190.
                            One payment was done through citi bank directly and other one from paytm.
                            Please advise will i be getting a refund or will it be adjusted in next billing cycle.

                              We are the residents of new bdd chawl no.17, naigaon, mumbai-14. We have 2 phase of electricity in our building out of which one phase always burn once in a month.

                              Also it's take almost 2-3 hrs to repair the issue whenever occurs. Every time we stays outside.

                                For the month of Oct 2017 i have got exceptionally high bill of Rs. 1170/- when i have consumed only 29 units.
                                When checked there is Rs.1000/- charged as Total Adjustment Amount. Would you let us know what is this amount for as there is no breakup here.

                                    Pl to inform you that, i am taking bus from newera theater (Malad west) but i repeatedly seen that bus wasn't on time infect it's frequency is @ 20 mints (As per the bus employee) then also i am standing 45 mints to 1 hr. Today i am standing from 9.20am to 10.20am after that there was two buses seen. So i request you people pl check the frequency between 8.30am to 11.00am also my suggestion at every stop pl check the time. There's delay @10 to 15 mints we can understand beyond that something has to do it by the best emloyee which to be very help to the passenger.

                                    My consumer number is [protected] i stay at kokari agar antop hill we face very bad electricity issue is going on.

                                    Sir please do a needful action to live us as peaceful. We have not received any response from best officer to always said that you have logged a complaint to higher authority.

                                    But they did not tell us where is at.

                                      All i want to say you that you don't really care about us nor your growth. The situation is getting worst. Busses frequency on the route from worli to andheri/laxmiind. Estate is getting worst even at a prime office time ie. 8.45-10.30.in particular bus no. 33/83/84/28 or on route 229. Huge crowd of passengers traveling on the route appears awaiting endlessly for the bus. If at all you have reduced the frequency for your so called huge losses kindly inform or announce so that people may take alternative mode

                                        Today i. E. 24/09/2017 at plaza (Dadar) bus stop, i was waiting for bus no. 53, 85 or 354 from 6.00 pm to 7.00 pm for kurla east with my wife. But there was no single bus of this route in this hour. There is no notice board or instructions for this. Finally i hired a taxi. Is these bus routes are closed down. What is the reason? Who is the responsible person for this.
