Respected Sir,

I want to bring it to your notice about bus No.AS-525, many buses doesn't come till MIDC Electronic Zone which the last stop. From last week i reached at stop at around 7.11pm but there was no bus till 8.15pm. Many people were got frustrated. Two buses were missing 7.11 and 7.36/ Many drivers goes for Tea snacks at Mahape circle and don't even care about the bus schedule.

Just when we were all praise for BEST ... they goofed up again...not only AS 525 not in time, they r not even seen for hours.
Now again they have started a new bus AS 551, nothing is updated in the website... no timing, no details.
the best has done a wonderful job of starting the bus no as551
this bus is very useful for us
the frequency is good
but this should be extended upto agarkar chowk from marol depot
their are many people who work in chakala
so pls do this fast

    I am daily using the BEST bus no. 524 Travelling from Vashi to Vanrai Stop ( Goregaon East ) for reching my office and Back to Home. It is the only direct bus to travel on that rout hence I have no option to use any alternate rout bus.

    We ( I & the many other who are travelling on same rout ) have some Suggestion Bus frequency is too less on perticular route i.e. route no 524. Morning First Bus from APMC is at 8. 40 which is too late for people who has to reach Office by 9.00 Hrs and also Last Bus from Borivali is 18.25 Hrs which is too early, Please Extend the Timings at least up to 20.00 Hrs.

    The above complaint is very true, The bus frequency of Non A/c BEST Bus route 524 is very less, very less means actually during evening time, when there should an increase in the bus frequency from vashi to borivali, the frequency of 524 non a/c best bus is very less. We, the passengers, really have to wait at the bus stop of atleast 1 hour waiting for the bus to come so that we can reach our home in time, but the fact is that because the bus comes late even after waiting 1 hour at stop, we especially ladies and young girls reach home by 10.00 pm at night, this is not fair.

    You peoples have to seriously look into this matter as soon as possible

    Kindly understand the situation, especially taking into consideration ladies and young girls who reach home by 9.00 pm to 10.00 pm at night time, and obliged.

    After reading this hope u will understand our pathetic condition and will in new year 2011 you will drastically increase the number of this particular bus (524 non a/c) especially during evening time when people leave from their offices towards home
    This is perfectly true. I travel from AS-524 and wait for the bus for1.5-2hrs as i dont have any options. You can find me at the Virvani estate bus stop at 6:10 PM to 7:30 PM approximately. My office is at dhindoshi and only travelling is a constarint there.After AS 524, I catch a connecting bus to reach my destination.The frequency of this bus is very very bad and am really frustated. I am a girl and its not easy to stand at highway-bus stop for 1.5-2 hrs. i reach my home by 9 if i catch the 6:30 PM bus from virvani estate.

    It will be very grateful for BEST people to increase the frequency of AS-524.

    Hi...this is a serious problem faced by vashi residents who work in goregaon etc..the first bus being at 8.40 am doesn't really benefit many people as there is no way that the bus will reach in time when offices start at 9am. The public bus service is meant to make commutes convenient. Please look into this problem and provide a substantial solution.Thanks.

      hi there is daily problems that we are facing is with 382 buses,which have very low frequency,inspite of low frequency they dont even hault at IIT maingate & not even at IIT market,due to which there is a long que at the bus stop & because of which we reach home late.so please look into the matter strictly

      Even i am facing the same problem frequency of 382 from Sahar to Chembur is very very bad we have to wait for almost 1 to 1and half hour for the bus. When the bus arrives either it is very packed or if there is space does not halt at IIT main gate. How do we reach home on Time??????.

      For Mulund there are buses every 5 minutes. Can't we reduce those and increase frequency of 382 or have a ladies specially operating on 382 route from 5.00 pm onwards in every 15minutes up to 8.00pm.

      The new C-60 bus is also good though the fare is high it is an express bus the conductor says frequency is in every 15 minutes however the bus after 5.30 comes at about 6.15 almost 45 minutes. It becomes irritating to wait for so long for the bus.

      Please start special fleet of buses from powai to chembur rather than sahar to chembur.

      Powai there are all commercial hubs on weekdays there is huge crowd travelling on this route due to less frequency of bus we reach home after 2 or 2& 1/2 hours everyday. We have our family to look after. Travelling becomes very tiring. Please do some thing.

        I am a regular traveller of BEST BUS and thats the reason i carry the kaizen bus pass for travelling.My route of travelling are from vaishali nagar to mulund stn.& c.s.t. to colaba bus depot.But on last evening(13/02/10), i catched the bus as usual &showed my bus pass to the conducter but without even handling it he said OK.and after reaching mulund stn.when i steped down the bus the T.C. named L.B.SHINDE (LICENSE NO.71) asked me to show the pass, but when he attached the pass to his machine their was something wrong with the card.he said me the card is not working and when i asked him the reason he started being rude with me as if it was my mistake.i asked him to be little polite but his voice was going louder as if he wanted to make every one listen that i have not purchased the ticket or i m not carrying the valid pass.i explained him that there might be some problem with the card and it is not showing the valid date which is 20/02/10.but he stated arguing that no it is not valid & hence it is not showing the valid date.He started abusing me & said u need to wait till i check every passengers ticket.I requested him that i hv to reach to my workplace as it is my night shift, so pls. try to understand that and check with your office that if the pass is valid or not.But only after checking all the passengers ticket inspite of being three T.C.'s he wasted my time and finally when he took me to the office of BEST BUSES the lady sitting inside checked it out with the telehone whether the pass was valid.and it was, & after hearing the same he asked me to leave.And when i asked him his name & his license no.he was not ready to give,hence i told him that i will call the police for this reason then he said the above mentioned.So it is my humble Request to the head of the deprtment to take some action against such an indisciplined employee & teach them how to treat there costumers.

          Dear Sir,

          BEST Bus with no.mentioned above collided with my car ( MH 43 X 2098) resulting in the detachment of the outer tin covering at the bottom of the backdoor of the car and also deforming the door considerably. This happened at 14.00hrs at the Sion junction below the flyover ( road from Sion railway station joining Dadar to Chembur Road). After the incident neither the driver or the conductor( BEST employees) had the decency to come and see the damage instead they just fled away with the bus as if nothing happened. This I am informing you as soon as I reached home ie. within two hours of the incident took place.

          Please look into this complaint at the earliest and respond as to what your organisation can do about it.

            Congratulations to BEST for starting a new service from Brahmand, Thane to Seepz w.e.f. 01-Feb-2010.

            There is a high demand for a BEST bus service from Brahmand to Ghatkopar via Eastern Express Highway.

            If one has to reach from Ghatkopar to Brahmand, it will take roughly two hours by local train from Ghatkopar to Thane and by TMT bus from Thane Station to Brahmand. Needless to mention the packed crowd as well as long waiting for the TMT bus.

            By starting this new service, a person can reach in less than one hour from Ghatkopar to Brahmand.

              The BEST bus no. 382 is not stopping at the rambaugh stop at powai. This bus has not scheduled frequency and arrives at haphazard times in the morning. Since this is the only bus available to go to chembur commuters have no choice. More so to their agony the bus does not stop at the designated stop even though there is enough room on board. To cite the event happened today 28th January 2010 at 09:00 am.
              BEST should either increase the bus frequency or take action against the driver of the bus.

                I Jaydeep A Tanna, (Handicapped Person ) Passenger traveling from
                Chember Naka to Ghatkopar Station of BEST Bus Route No – 381 on 9th
                Dec 2009 time 6.30pm Bus No –7591, MH01 L8742 Ticket No[protected],
                Rs 6/-, has given Complaint of Best Driver who was Negligence in
                Driving Bus for such I received call on 11th Jan 2009 on mobile by
                BEST authority as Driver & Conductor would be present so requested to
                be present on proceeding of Complaint at Pant Nagar Bus Depot 2nd
                floor,on 13th Jan 2010 at 11AM.

                1) BEST authority call me just before 2 day to attend the proceeding
                of complaint but it should give notice at least 15 day prior. for
                such.

                2) The Complaint which is given by me is written to BEST Authority
                but have given oral reply I request to give we written reply of my
                Complaint..

                3) I received Complaint No & Reference No from the officer who attend the case
                which was not know to me.

                4) In Complaint I have also given Bus Route No- 430 (6.15 pm) has also
                made default who was not called.

                5) In my Complaint have provide Mobile No- [protected] for BEST
                Authority which was Confidential of my Complaint but
                administrative authority provide Mobile number to BEST Bus Driver
                against whom Complaint was Lodge which is ultra virus for fair
                hearing .Same Person came to meet me & request me to take back
                complaint Bus Driver “I am going to award some Medal in near future so
                take complaint Back.”

                6) During the proceeding both Driver & Conductor were present with
                Officer who was examine complaint read the Complaint & said to the
                Bus Driver person the default made is Negligence in Driving Bus &
                gave me assurance that authority would take strict action against
                Driver.

                7) Thereafter ask officer who examining case written reply of
                complaint show cause for future Correspondence said it will be provide
                by Wadala Authority for outward dispatch reply.

                8) I request BEST authority to reply without Delay. for end of Justice.

                BEST/TRANSPORT — NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF DRIVER

                Today dated 4/9/2011 at about 1645 hrs at Plaza(Dadar Mumbai 28) bus route number 1 (from Mahim to Colaba),bus RTO reg.no.5540,the driver of the bus did not stop it completely as a result passengers could not get into the bus and it was likely to cause an accident.Such a negligence would amount to breach of BEST ethics.
                Please conduct proper enquiry and take necessary action.

                  As per AS BUS 525 Route ,this BUS is suppose to STOP at GANDHI NAGAR .But I am seeing this BUS does not halt at GANDHI NAGAR Stop ,It takes GANDHI NAGAR fly over route directly w/o halting at GANDHI NAGAR stop.

                  May I know will this bus should not take GANDHI NAGAR fly over route and should take LBS marg route and stop at Gandhi Nagar BUS STOP or pls let us know where is GANDHI NAGAR stop to catch AS 525 Bus

                  As per earlier AC BUS 461 Route, this BUS is suppose to STOP at RAMBAUG POWAI .But I am seeing this BUS does not halt at RAMBAUG Stop, It takes RAMBAUG fly over route directly. Actually AC BUS stops at SHIPPING CORP.POWAI
                  where there is hardly any passenger is waiting for the bus. Next stop is HIRANANDANI POWAI is very far for the residence of Powai Rambuag, Chandivali, Powai Vihar and so many passengers. Why this inconvenience created for Powai passengers who literally wants to travel by AC bus.There should be BUS STOP near fly over start/end point Or Bus should change it route and stop at Rambuag. There are so many passengers from Chandivali Ind estate wants to travel to Borivali and Mulund.

                    I was waiting for this bus today in the afternoon at Shivar Garden ,Mira Road.. It came at 2.20 pm, absolutely empty. There were two three passengers waiting for this bus. We waved to driver but in a sign language told us like 'next stop , next stop". He meant that this is not the stop for AC bus. But I have seen this bus stopping at this stop and passengers board the bus from the same stop, also other passengers who were present tehre said that it stops at this stop.
                    Does it mean that drivers make theri own rules where to stop the bus or no??
                    Here, in Mira Road there is no such Bus Depot where we can lodge the complaint.

                    This bus AS 707 is actually a good service for the office going people in the morning time & in the evening time, Initially it was punctual & used to come on time in every 30min, but now these buses do not have any time lines, I daily travell throug this bus from Kandivali Village to Andheri Laxmi industries, Initially i used to catch this bus at 10am or 10.30am fro kandivali Village, but since last week the bus are not on time, i was waiting for this bus from 10 to 11.30am but there was no bues, then i had to catch rikshaw to reach my office, that was was not only the 1st time, daily inspite of where three buses should come only bus comes & if asked to conductor he says "it not our mistake we are been send late form the depot" 15 or 20 min late is ok due to traffice that any one can understand but 1hr or 1 an half hr is too much, instead of having a diamond pass for the AC bus we are force to travel in ordinary buses or rikshaws, if these bus buses cannot take people on time to their office then its of no use...
                    On every working day, I wait for AS 707 at chincholi bunder stop at 8:15pm, most of the time bus comes at 8:25 pm but the driver does not stop the bus and I wait for the next bus coming at 9:15 pm. I want to register complain for this driver.

                      I am a regular traveller of BEST Bus and the attitude of BEST bus conductors and drivers is bothering me hard since long. Today (January 4, 2010) I boarded the bus no 309 RTO registration no 6866 from Maharashtra Nagar, Borivali West at about 10.30 am. I had to get down at Vanrai Colony, Goregaon East, Western Express Highway. I was standing on the door steps of the bus when it approached towards the desired stop and was waiting for the bus to stop with two hand bags in my hands. But the bus never stopped, it just got slowed down in the middle of the road and since one rickshaw wala was running parallel to the bus gate I could not get down when the bus slowed down. The bus conductor was standing right behind me but never tried to stop the bus. When I asked him to stop the bus, instead of listening to me he started speaking rubbish and blaming me as I dint get down the bus when it stopped (which actually never stopped). When i tried to ring the bell he caught hold of the bell string and didn't let me get down untill the next stop arrived. I went to the driver and complaint but he also dint listen.

                      This is not the only incident which has taken place with me but there are lot of other incidents wherin the bus drivers do not stop the bus on the stop, or stops in the center of the road or gives the ticket of higher denomination ( I know the exact charges as I am commuting daily).

                      Is there anyone who can take action against these irresponsible public workers who are bounding people to play with their lives? Why are there notices printed in bold letters 'Not to climb up and down the bus while it is moving' when most of the conductors and drivers are not taking a complete halt on any bus stop? And moreover if at all they take a halt at bus stop are they not supposed to take a halt on the side of the road or since they are BEST bus drivers they can stop there bus anywhere on the road leading to accidents and traffic jams?

                      I hope this complaint reach to the higher authorities and action is taken against these conductors and drivers. Or if this not proper channel to reach the authorities, please someone let me know the point of contact.

                      BEST — Irresponsible driving

                      Hi,
                      I travel from vashi to seepz to and fro everyday. Today i happen to travel from 522 ltd bus bearing no MH-01-L-8189. I boarded the bus at 10:30am at vashi bus station and reached seepz bus stop at 12:30pm.
                      The bus driver of this bus was driving at such a pathetic speed that it took 2 hrs to reach a distance of mere 26 Kms. Even when the road was clear of traffic at several places, the speed remained constant.
                      The point to be noted is that there is a wastage of precious time here and the concerned people are not acting responsibly.
                      Kindly look into the same and act responsibly.
                      Dear Murtaza Abbas Mister if the bus is AC than definitely the speed must be slow, because those buses run on CNG gases. It is not the fault of the driver, it may be that these drivers are not provided proper training for speeding these vehicles at a higher speed

                      As i notice that every day when i go from bus 399 around 9am - 9.15am Bus driver drives very slow Bus no-MH 01 6550......Every time i have to reach office very late .........so pls do for it.

                        Not stoping at Powai Garden bus stand

                        Dear Sir,
                        when 525 AC bus started then It was stopping at Powai Garden (L&T) Bus stop but now this bus is not stoping this junction. If you observe from this place a road is going towards Sakinaka and Kurla. (This is very important stop). from every bus 15-20 people get down at this stop....

                        There are only few conductors and drivers who doesnt halt their buses even if their buses is completely empty, I faced this a lot of time and after the incident mentioned below this time I am planning to go to the depot personally and file a complaint.
                        I boarded the Bus from Ghatkopar Bus Depot around 8:30 am in the morning, and there were around 20 people standing. The bus didnt halt at the R-City Mall Bus Stop where few people were awaiting for the bus they ran behind it but they were not successful, then I asked the Conductor "Why you didnt halted the bus" then in reply he told me that "The bus capacity is full" then I politely replied him and told, "See I know the capacity limit (52 sitting and 22 standing) of the BEST bus and I also agree with you but at this
                        pick hours you should halt the bus at the stop as there is lot of space for more people to come in and if the bus is completely filled I can understand, then I asked his batch number which he denied to give but however I got it, I tooked out a paper and noted it down and also other things which are required for the complaint and some people supported me by giving their signature and contact number on the paper, by seeing all this the Conductor went to the driver and I think he told him about the incident and then he started shouting that the bus will go to police chowky and he told me that he will not allow me to get down of the bus, again I told "yeah fine take it I am ready for it", the complete crowd supported me, and the Conductor become very much astable and also the Driver started telling me he is new and all that stuff to cool me down.
                        I was completely prepared to take the bus to Police Chowky and as my stop came I asked the all the passenger should I get down or we are going to Police Chowky then everyone told me to get down from the Bus as everyone was getting late but they did asked to file a complain and if possible update them with the followup procedure as some of them written their their contact numbar also while signing on the paper.

                        There are only few conductors and drivers who doesnt halt their buses even if their buses is completely empty, I faced this a lot of time and after the incident mentioned below this time I am planning to go to the depot personally and file a complaint.
                        I boarded the Bus from Ghatkopar Bus Depot around 8:30 am in the morning, and there were around 20 people standing. The bus didnt halt at the R-City Mall Bus Stop where few people were awaiting for the bus they ran behind it but they were not successful, then I asked the Conductor "Why you didnt halted the bus" then in reply he told me that "The bus capacity is full" then I politely replied him and told, "See I know the capacity limit (52 sitting and 22 standing) of the BEST bus and I also agree with you but at this
                        pick hours you should halt the bus at the stop as there is lot of space for more people to come in and if the bus is completely filled I can understand, then I asked his batch number which he denied to give but however I got it, I tooked out a paper and noted it down and also other things which are required for the complaint and some people supported me by giving their signature and contact number on the paper, by seeing all this the Conductor went to the driver and I think he told him about the incident and then he started shouting that the bus will go to police chowky and he told me that he will not allow me to get down of the bus, again I told "yeah fine take it I am ready for it", the complete crowd supported me, and the Conductor become very much astable and also the Driver started telling me he is new and all that stuff to cool me down.

                          My name is Pradeep. I travel by AS2 bus daily from Dahisar to Prabhadevi. I would like to complain abouot the service of the bus.

                          1. It rarely comes on time.Its always late by 5-10 minutes. (Why cant the service be regularize)
                          2. Today(14/12/2009) there was no bus between 7.45 till 8.30(two buses were missing) and no alternatives were there.So when the 8.30 bus came it was too crowed and there were no space for people getting in on the second stop.
                          3. Bus driver tries to skip the Gokul anand stop and goes by the flyover.

                          Its a very good service started by BEST buses and i must appreciate the efforts taken by you. and i strongly feel that it can be run in a proper manner easily. Request you to intervene in this.

                          BEST AC Bus(AS-2) — Buses are Irregular

                          Dear sir,

                          My name id Pradeep and i travel to Dahisar east(Gokul Anand) to prabhadevi everyday by 7.30 AS-2 AC bus.

                          I would like to bring this to your notice that the service of AS-2 is very irregular from last one week. I will explain all the instance.

                          1. On last Friday 12th March 2009 there were no buses before 8.00 AM in the morning. That means 4 buses were missing without any prior notice to the passengers. when the first bus at 8.10 came to gokul anand it was already full from the first stop.

                          2. I travelled on Tuesday 16th March 2010 and there was no bus at 7.30. Bus came directly at 7.45. Bus conductor told me that Today is holiday so we have reduced the no of buses.
                          How can it be done without any notice? Why it has not been mentioned in the time table that there will be less no of buses on festivals.

                          3. Again on Wednesday 17th march no buses till 7.45 and people were waiting since 7.00 AM on the stop.

                          4. Today on 18th March 2010 people were standing on Gokul Anand Stop and the 7.15 bus driver did not bother to take the bus to the stop and he took the flyover and went directly. Every passenger saw the bus on the stop. we could take the 7.30 bus.

                          What should we understand? there is nobody to lookafter this? Will this keep on going on everyday or somebody will take care that it dosent happens again.

                          Moreover there there is no complain section available on the best buses website.

                          I will be waiting for the concerned authority's reply on the same. I hope somebody is reading the complaints..

                          Mr Pradip I fully agree with you. I am also taking the bus from Gokul Anand. Generally around 7.40 AM. I think this route is the worst of all the AC bus route. The conditon of the bus is so bad that sometimes it goes the depot for a changeover. We waste so much time. Today 13th April the bus broke down in front of the Hub mall and we had change over to AS 70Exp and had to pay extra fare for it. The route is so crowded yet BEST does not make any effort to make it proper. As per the schedule mentioned in the website it says on 14th April the service will be reegular. I just called Magathane depot and they told me its closed tomorrow. I guess BEST needs to be professional if they want to run such services. They are taking quite a lot of money from us and we expect much much better service.

                          I hope they will look into it.

                            Please start AC Bus from Andheri West station to Fountain especially in the mornings and evenings. Presently there are no such buses - the A1 Bus which used to pass this way earlier was always full all the way and even that service has been discontinued.

                            This will help a lot o[censored]s travelling on this route - please have it start fro Andheri station and not Oshiwara Depot since the Oshiwara buses get full before they reach Andheri. If you start from Andheri then people from Vile Pale & Santa Cruz also stand a chance.

                              My self Mrs. Pinky Khetpal everyday travel from Kurla (W) to Bandra Kurla Complex.
                              I am alongwith my other friends hereby request you to kindly increase the frequency of Bus No. 390 atleast between the morning time 9 to 11 and at the time in evening between 5 to 6.30 p.m. The bus no. 310 also follow the same route except it is not passes through Inside i.e. Bank of India, and Bank of baroda etc. When 5 or 6 Buses pertains to the number 310 passes from outside, than one bus of 390 has been came.
                              Kindly look into the matter and do the needful urgently.

                                I am an employee of ACC Limited staying at Dariya Mahal at Mumbai, Nepean Sea Road. On 16.11.2009, I took a train to Grant Road Station to buy some veggies and after the job was done, was waiting at the bus stop outside GR station (Bus Routes 104,135 etc). The time was around 7 pm. After a long wait a bus approaches, at 7.20 pm (Bus No 104) where the driver rashly entered the area near where the commuters wait for the bus. There were many ladies and a huge crowd waiting for the bus , since it was late. On A/c of the rash driving of the bus driver, there was pushing backwards, wherein my elbow was grazed against the railing of the bus stand and started to bleed. Also I was shaken, and emotionally upset, because I thought I was going to be run over. I got into the bus and screamed my head off at the driver and the conductor, and aske dthe conductor to give me his registration no , which he refused. Even on repeated requests he did not comply.It is the duty of the conductor to part with such information, since he is a paid servant and we citizens pay our taxes. The Bus No was MH 01 9262 (no printed on the space behind the drivers seat) and the ticket issued to me was[protected] and I paid an amount of Rs 5/- as fare from Grant Road ststion to Dariya Mahal stop. I demand a written apology from BEST and the driver and conductor in question, and compensation for the emotional trauma that i went through. The bus ticket has been retained by me as proof. I believe I am a consumer availing of a public service , in good faith, which has been seriously compromised.

                                BEST Bus Services — Driver talking on Mobile Phone

                                I traveled from YB Chavan bus stand to Marine lines on 2nd March, 2010 at around 7.30pm in the BEST Bus rout No. ‘121’. I found that the bus Driver was busy talking on his mobile Phone and as such was not able to drive the Bus properly. While the Bus came close to the Marine Lines Station the Driver used urgent Breaks to halt the Vehicle in order to save the Bus from an accident. From the facts and situation at that time I can rightly and honestly say that the situation to use urgent breaks aroused entirely due to the negligent driving of the Bus driver due to the sole reason of him talking on the Mobile Phone. Due to such urgent breaks many passengers suffered and shouted at the Driver. I was standing in order to get down at Marile Lines Station and I suffered badly with the injury to my right leg.
                                I would be very glad if proper rules are framed in this regard where by Bus Drivers are prevented from use of Mobile Phones while on duty. In the event if such rules are in force, then such Drivers be penalised in accordance with such rules. I am not aware of the name of that negligent driver, but I have preserved a bus ticked which bears the Number ‘[protected]’ (dated 02.03.10). I will request the appropriate BEST authority to take strict action against the driver of this BUS.

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  The BEST bus no.363 which was earlier plying on road from Mahul Village to Worli and now it is made upto Sion has been coverted into mini bus. This bus goes via Kurla station and there are many people travelling in this bus from Mahul, Jijamata Nagar, Vashi village to Kurla station in the morning and also coming back from work in the evening. This bus gets very packed and there are people hanging out from the front door as well as the back door. Leave aside getting a seat, people cannot even get place to enter into the bus, to stand properly and for ladies it becomes very difficult. In the evening time from 7.00 p.m. onwards when there is crowd waiting at Kurla depot for the bus, mainly for residents of Jijamata Nagar and Vashi village for whom there is this only bus from Kurla, it becomes difficult to get back home, ultimately resulting in taking an auto to reach home, which costs upto Rs.40/-. Even after waiting for an hour in the evening, bus no.363 to Mahul does not come to Kurla depot. If there is this bus coming, it is only kept till Chembur Colony or Kurla Stn., which irritates the commuters after going through the hectic day. Please also make this bus a normal bus and stop the mini bus, as it is a long distance travel and one cannot everyday go and come back standing from the starting point of the bus. Also there is traffic on the Chembur road due to mono rail construction work going on and it takes hell lot of a time being spent into travel by bus.

                                  Please favourably consider this request in the interest of the common residents staying mainly at Jijamata Nagar and Vashi Village who have only one bus going to Kurla station from this place.

                                  Even i agree with her the people staying near Jijamata Nagar and Vashi goan Village really find it very difficult to travel coz they have no other option as there is only one bus from Mahul goan to Kurla station.

                                    My daughter Ms. Trinelle Macdonald Noronha ( Bus Pass No. 21321134 / I-Card No. 439400) travels from Mira Bhayandar Mahanagarpalika bus stop to Royal College, Mira Road by bus no. 710. On Saturday October 10, 2009 there was no sign of BEST bus from 1130 hrs to 1300 hrs. Two buses came at 1225 hrs but they did not stop. On one bus RESERVED was written and on the other no number was written. The RESERVED bus had a different colour. The bus conductor of the second bus refused to let any passengers in. As a result many students were forced to board autorickshaw and travel to College. Some reached late and hence had to miss one lecture. The rickshaw fare is Rs. 60/-. Since route no. 710 is the only BEST bus plying from Bhayandar (W) and because of non-availability of bus service for 1.5 hrs, BEST should refund Rs. 60/- to my daughter. The Bus pass is valid from Septermber 15, 2009 to December 14, 2009.

                                    Sir,

                                    This incident happened near Jayadeva circle on 30th June 2009 morning around 11.15 AM.

                                    White Swaraj mazda (it had written FORCE in the back door) KA02 -D 5399.

                                    This guy came so fast from an interception road. Me and my wife were just inches away from being hit.

                                    I went past them and slowed down my bike to make a note of the vehicle number. Cleaner and driver were so rude and they were actioning to hit me (as though i have committed a mistake). These guys are potential killers.

                                    These kind of guys should be punished severely such that people who drive out of the house can reach home safely.

                                    I am not sure if someone is looking into this complaint and some action will be taken or not...but being a bangalore lover, i am trying to be a part in making this city clean and disciplined.

                                    Respected Sir / Madam,

                                    Kindly note my complaint against driver no.24892 plying route no.356 at bus stop of Chembur camp at 1.15 pm on 12th oct. 2009.

                                    The passengers were still boarding in the not so full bus but the bus took of in jerks ( started / stopped/…… repeatedly) . The driver was able to see in the rear view mirror but kept giving jerks to the bus resulting to fall of a child & a lady who thought he had stopped the bus to board the bus. There were around 10/ 12 people trying to board the bus, mostly ladies. Luckily the child did not get trampled, but fell on the road hitting her back & back of the head.

                                    When the people confronted the driver he was arrogant and said “ pichhe bus hai na. Is me kyon latakna hai sub ko”.

                                    I request you to take very stern action against such drivers ( unfortunately, there are many such cases where they get away since people don’t complaint). Also request you train your drivers & conductors properly to avoid such accidents.

                                    I hope you will take action immediately.

                                    I boarded a 40Ltd bus from Kalanagar Bandra east at 6.10 pm today, ie 20th Nov 2009.
                                    The conductor charged Rs 5 from Kalanagar to Sitladevi.
                                    I asked him to verify the fare charged as i pay Rs 4 daily, twice a day for the same route.The conductor insisted that the fare was correct & refused to return Re1.
                                    Its unfair as I dont see why I should be paying extra for his incompetence, he probably didn know the correct fares or just didnt want to take the trouble of issuing another ticket.
                                    The conductors id No - 153719. He refused to give out his name.
                                    BEST has reduced the frequency of the Bus from/to Kandivali station from/to Charkop and the same is resulting in over crowding in the bus in pick hours in the morning from 8 AM to 11 AM and in the evening from 5 PM to 9 PM.

                                    They should increase the frequency of the Bus and also one (new Route) bus from Kandivali station to Hindustan Naka should be started.

                                    Myself Kaware S, there is very poor frequency of BEST bus No.710. This is only bus is from Poonam Sagar complex for Bhayander west & for Borivali Station. I am requesting to you that please there should be a bus between 10-12 minutes. Because this is requirement of the situation. Because many a time there is late of the bus & many people older person, student & other they are so troubled. And I am very sure that there is a good response from this bus.
                                    Again I request to you that the last bus 710 should be on 10:30 PM from Borivali Station for Bhayander Station west. Because many a time the passenger wait & ultimately they go by rickshaws. Many a time I have seen this thing happen with me also. I hope you will consider this & will solve this problem.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    I would to bring to your kind notice that I travel everyday with the bus no 255 ,222 and 455 from Versova to Vile Parle. But maximium there is no number board in the front how can a person judge the number and when it halt on the stop they are in hurry to leave and don't even let the people to board the bus and there is always a minor injury to someone today it happen to me as i got the injury on my shoulder due to same.

                                    Best Transport — PENALIZE IN SPITE OF HAVING PASS

                                    Myself Sukant Pal purchased best bus pass from kurla stn on 04th of mar 2011 card id 0601- [protected] receipt number# [protected] of Rs 285/- from kurla stn to mmrda/family court and they had asked to collect the card on dated 09th of mar 2011 upon that receipt no where it has been mentioned or specified that till 08th mar 2011 customer has to buy the regular ticket while travelling in the specified route, and only after availing the card the pass will be vaild nor it is been told at pass counter. and on 08th mar 2011 ticket checker cought me and PENALIZE me for a Rs 44/- pauti # 5981 bus# 4029 (route 310) A/I/181503. despite i tried to explain and convience them that there is nowhere mention in the Pass receipt that carring receipt is not valid till ID card is received.
                                    i strongly oppose the work process of the reputed and esteemed organisation like BEST Transport.
                                    dont know wether they had implemented such unhealthy software intentionally or .....

                                    BEST transport — Accident

                                    Bus No. MH 01 AP 0641. On 27 Apr 2011 morning 8.50 AM whicle coming to office at Parsi Panchayat Road i was showing signal to driver but still he touched my bullet MH 04 DA 222. The objective of this complaint that they do not fear as they are Govt Servant and ask us to come to depot.

                                    Some where if same incident happens with individual then police will take him to custody but not to these drivers.

                                    Is there any complaint solution to such small incidents.

                                      Me & my colleagues are facing too much of problem regarding going to office in the morning, since leaving at 9.00 am in the morning we are not bale to reach our office even by 10.00. This situation is occuring only b'coz the Bus drivers don't think that they should halt at Pilla Bunglow, mainly the buses which goes to Bandra West, Santacruz West & many others..

                                      You are requested to pls urgently solve this matter for BEST buses problems as we are facing a lot of problem everyday.

                                      Irregularity and poor frequency of Bus no. 307

                                      Subhash Nagar, Nahur(West), Mumbai - 400078 needs regular and frequent plying of bus routes. The existing bus nos.307 & 500 are irregular & insufficient.
