I am an employee of ACC Limited staying at Dariya Mahal at Mumbai, Nepean Sea Road. On 16.11.2009, I took a train to Grant Road Station to buy some veggies and after the job was done, was waiting at the bus stop outside GR station (Bus Routes 104,135 etc). The time was around 7 pm. After a long wait a bus approaches, at 7.20 pm (Bus No 104) where the driver rashly entered the area near where the commuters wait for the bus. There were many ladies and a huge crowd waiting for the bus , since it was late. On A/c of the rash driving of the bus driver, there was pushing backwards, wherein my elbow was grazed against the railing of the bus stand and started to bleed. Also I was shaken, and emotionally upset, because I thought I was going to be run over. I got into the bus and screamed my head off at the driver and the conductor, and aske dthe conductor to give me his registration no , which he refused. Even on repeated requests he did not comply.It is the duty of the conductor to part with such information, since he is a paid servant and we citizens pay our taxes. The Bus No was MH 01 9262 (no printed on the space behind the drivers seat) and the ticket issued to me was[protected] and I paid an amount of Rs 5/- as fare from Grant Road ststion to Dariya Mahal stop. I demand a written apology from BEST and the driver and conductor in question, and compensation for the emotional trauma that i went through. The bus ticket has been retained by me as proof. I believe I am a consumer availing of a public service , in good faith, which has been seriously compromised.

Now again they have started a new bus AS 551, nothing is updated in the website... no timing, no details.
