Hello Sir,

Workers in the Dindoshi depot are frustrated with the irrelevant duty provided by the depot manager.
Workers in the dindoshi depot are not allowed to put their duty instead have to work as per the duty alloted by depot manager.
Workers mention that they are not able to perform their duty with 100%.
Also as per the rule, workers should be allowed to put their duty as per their choice which they are not able to from last 2-3 years.
Please look into it at the earliest.

    It has been observed from last four days that in the morning from 06:11am to 06:38am bus no. 276 / 239 is non available from Charkop to Kandivali Staion where approx. 40 to 50 commuters were unable to reach at their destination on time.
    It has been also observed that after 06:38 around 3 to 4 buses came at stop and go empty or hardly 4 or 5 commuters travelled in this buses between frequencies of 1 minute.
    This is pure mismanagement of time from the part of BEST Poisor depot which cost unnecessary fuel cost for BEST and mismanagement of which leads to commuter’s dissatisfaction towards BEST I also called on BEST Helpline No. [protected] at 06:38 and they also agreed to the same and gave assurance that this problem will discuss with senior officer and will look into it.
    My request to you the kindly manage the time properly so that will get BEST buses on time and best services from BEST.

      I had boarded c-40 bus from shankarwadi and took a ticket to mahananda, but at the time of the bus driver didnt hault at the bus stop instead was rude and started arguing.Kindly look into it as i always face the issue as the bus driver doesnt stop as there are less people at the stop.Attached is the ticket for your reference.

            I have made many complaints on email to The Bandra depot manager to increase the frequency of Bus no 473 from BKC to Mahul Village.

            The bus frequency is every half an hour and always crowded and most of the times the conductor doesn't halts the bus at all bus stop.

            Please do take action on it and please increase the bus frequency for this route on immediate basis.

              I have 2 complain - (1) Restart Malad pushpa park bus stop:- up line i.e. Borivali to Andheri side going buses stand - Malad east highway bus stop "pushpa park" is closed due to metro work but now metro work is almost completed. We request to restart pushpa park malad east highway bus stop again. because due to closed of this bus stop there is double crowed passengers at shantaram talao / kurar village bus stop. because both stops passengers are caching bus at same 1 stop. and (2) Many buses are not halting at the shantaram talao / kurar village stop especially fast A/C buses like c71, c72, c60 etc. They are stopping either before or after actual kurar bus stop i.e far from stop to allow passengers to get down but not stopping bus at stop so passengers waiting at bus stop cannot get into the bus. We have to wait almost 30-45 min at bus stop just to go malad to goregoan thou there are so many buses to go from malad highway to goregoan highway, but due to buses not stopping and picking passengers at stop, even thou there are space inside bus still not stopping at malad stop. so whichever luck by chance any bus if stop at stop and due to two stops passengers i.e. puspa park and kurar stop passengers waiting at 1 stop kurar stop, there is huge passengers crowd and really passangers especially ladies wont able to get into bus and hence no choice left to go by share auto/taxi but this share auto/taxi are taking 4 time more charges compare to bus which is not affordable to many passengers, so we has to wait at stop for 30-45 min. just to go from malad to goregoan. . Even after there are so many space inside bus and still they are not stopping bus at stop to allow passengers to get into bus. (Indirectly BEST is forcing people to travel by other modes and than BEST will say they are in loss etc). hence I request higher authority of BEST bus to please look into same and resolve both problems asap.

                        With due respect, I am writing this letter to inform you that I am a customer of your BEST Undertaking., Also my consumer No/ID is[protected] for more than 50 years.
                        Over the last few months, I have had a problem with my electricity bill, about which I would like to tell you that from the past my electricity bill ranged from Rs. 1200 to Rs. 1500.
                        But in the last few months, my electricity bill has reached a maximum of Rs. 3500, which is not possible for me to pay. As far as I’m guessing, it’s not my fault, there’s something wrong.

                        last 2 month ago company change my meter l got normal bill but still this month ill get 5640 rupees bill its not possible to pay.

                            Respected Sir,

                            For last few months our flat No. B 804 in Emgee Greens CHS, Wadala East is kept unoccupied as our tenant has VACATED long back and we have not engaged new tenant.

                            From April 2021 till July 2021 we were getting only minimum charges of Rs.160/- which we have paid up to date. The bill shows that for the period 19.07.21 to 20.08.2021 it has jumped to a huge amount of Rs. 2583.52. When the flat is closed and electricity has not been used for even one unit how suddenly your reading shows from 52639 to 53000. Consumption of 361 unit! It is shocking.

                            We feel that person who has visited the premises has either not seen the reading properly or meter has become defective by non-use.

                            We shall be thankful if you will kindly look into the matter and do needful. In the meantime as per your rules we are paying Rs. 2590.00 as per demand UNDER PROTEST PENDING RESOLUTION OF THIS COMPLAINT.

                            We are sure you will kindly initiate urgent steps and redress our complaint by appropriate action at once.

                              I request you to please start big bus for route no 186 / 443 /434 as there is lots of passenger who cant get enough space and passenger and wasted time through the day and delay for work
                              it will be good if you increase regular big buses instead of small buses which accommodate less passenger as big buses will be equivalent for three small bus

                                    Respected Sir,
                                    Why have best bus routes been changed / cancelled (bus routes 305 and 385)?? I travel to office daily and I am a salaried person who cannot afford to travel by car or taxi on daily basis. There are just no buses from Navjivan Society to Nehru Planetarium from 1st Sept 2021. I have to walk on the Tardeo bridge which is a open public latrine. There is no place for people to walk. Also its very tiring to walk all the way to Tardeo bus stop. Please arrange for some connecting buses from Navjivan Society (Lamington Road) to AC market where one can get many buses for further travel.
                                    Hope I get a positive response.

                                      Respected sir/madam,
                                      The wadala gate no 4 route BEST buses are not even stoping the buses in the bus stop. The drivers are not even bother about whether the passengers are getting in the buses are not. Many school students and college students also travel in that route if conducters not stoping the buses in the bus stop. When students step into the bus the driver move the bus this will leads to accident. Yesterday around 1:00 me and my brother waited for the bus. The bus no 63 arrived in the bus stop he didn't stop the bus. Then the bus no 10 had arrived the bus stop but the driver is not even bother whether the passenger is getting in or not. When my brother steped into the bus he moved the car he was about wall down but somehow he managed i was in bus but my brother left back in the bus stop. This type of incidents have happened many time please resolve this problem this will prevent accidents because many school students also travelling.
