[Resolved] Britannia — Fungus found in britannia cake orange bite | |||||
Lot no. 1961655 Pkd 19/06/16 This is a less than one month old pack and claims it's validity for 3 month. We bought a few packs yesterday. Kids in my family already consumed some by the time we noticed fungus in this pack. One of the kids in my family has got serious stomach infection by consuming it. Customer care division s response will be of no use. Advised to lodge complaint with district Desiignated officer Food safety with the biscuit pack for taking regulatory action

Your team already called me. I must say they take it too casually, they offered me a gift hamper for this! It's not an event to celebrate that they are offering gift hampers, 3 kids in my family got stomach infection.

As we opened the freshly bought Britannia cake packet we got surprised to see the spoiled cakes among the packet it is a disgrace to the company as the packet didn't even reach the expiry date but consists of fungus in the cake which is dangerous to our health. The quality of this cake shows the seriousness you are taking on the consumers health . Is this fair enough for putting our health in danger. This is a disgrace to your company.
