Britannia — Goood Day Butter Black specs on Biscuits

Dear Sir I have purchased a Good Day Butter Biscuit. Pack. 66+9gms16/1/15and3011598 On 26th March and found block specks on all biscuits.I registered a complaint On27th and complaint no is 31836. there was a call on 28th from chennai office and I Explained and they said it will be taken care.Sofar no one has come to see and collect the defective sample and no calls. should I take a photo and send it.
