[Resolved] Britannia Industries — Alive insects in biscuit packet | |||
I purchased a Milk Bikis biscuit packet from Puraswalkam, Chennai. When I opened it had ants walking on the biscuits. The packaging date of the packet is 04/07/14 and the lot no. is A071438. I called Britannia toll free they registered my complaint and promised a call back in 24 hours. When I got the call the executive says its not the mistake of the factory so he will courier a few biscuit packets to my address. I said that is not the solution to my problem, some action has to be taken. I am extremely disappointed with them and this behaviour is unreasonable. Was this information helpful? | |||
