We buying Brittania Biscuits for last 25 years. infact we didnt buy other than "BRITTANIA MILk BIKIS:.
But this week our worker bought 10 packets of "BRITTANIA MILk BIKIS, ( date of packing 26th june i think). alll the packets give worst taste. till now we didnt see such taste from ur company biscuits, .
kindly see what mistake done on JUNE and provide us good quality .

I had started an agency for Britannia Bread in December 2009 in Jaipur. But I had to close it after working for 3 months. As there was not any support from the Company. But the worst situation I ve faced from this organization is that after returning back 50 Crates, it is more than 2 months have gone, I did not get my security amount back. brittania industies marketing a gift pack worth rs 75/- but to my great surprice when i opened it found three pcs. worth rs12/- each n two packs worth rs5/-each. total rs 46/- sold on 29/- packing cost. be aware while purchasing gift packs of companies .

Dear Sir,

It is a matter of great concern that I am using your bread for the last few years at my home.

However, recently it has been observed that your dealer at Panipat is not serious in providing fresh bread to the customers at Panipat.

On dated 23.09.11 ( In the morning), I purchased your bread from our local shopkeeper ( Model Town, Panipat) but when I opened the packing ,it was found that the quality of the bread was not upto the mark. Immediately, it was explained the local shopkeeper ( Mr. Vijay).

In the evening when, the supplier of the dealer ( Mr, Sandeep) was arrived to supply the bread then in my presence, the quality of the bread was shown to him. But, instead to listening the grievance, it was my surprised & shocking that he misbehaved & said that since company don't listen our complaint too therefore he can't do any thing. In turn,he advised to put it to the street’s dogs if you can't use it.

Really, such words from a dealer's suppliers of a repute company like yours are not expected at all.

In view of this, I approach your good office to please look into the matter seriously & urgently so that the reputation of the company is maintained & your customers may not be treated like this & good quality product is only be supplied.

You are well aware that supplying sub standard eating-material is serious offence.

I hope you will take appropriate action in the matter.

Hello, I have purchesed a BRITANIA SHUBH KAMNAYE gift pack of 367.5 gm PKD- 09/2011, LOT No. E1H4 worth Rs. 100/- including BOURBON 78gm {MRP Rs.12 }, CHOCOCHIP 87.5 gm{ MRP Rs.20 } PURE MAGIC VANNILA CREAM 101 gm { MRP 20 X 2 = 40 }, that of total Rs. 12+20+40 = 72/- so why you are taking Rs. 100/- for? Is Rs 28/- FOR BOX ONLY???

Dear Sir,
I am Tarun Kumar from Moon Enterprises. I want to take distribution ship with Britannia.So I was mat with Mr. Vijay Kothiyal (Senior Sales manger). He gave me a suggestion to linked up with Moon Enterprises. According to him I had started Britannia Bread Supply in area Vaishali, Indrapuram and kushambi for two month. But after two month he had not given me distribution ship and he canceled my distribution ship and gave to another distributor.
After that I claimed for my money...
Frieght = 24700
Replacement = 12000
sampling = 800.
6 month goes but I have not received my money...
I am really very disagree with Britannia...
plz consider my request...Otherwise I have to take some legal action.

It happened to me as well on the 1st week of october. I called and complained about it, but nothing was done. They jus came home to take the infected piece, but i refused to give it. I think their standandshave gone down and no one is taking any action towards it.
