Britannia Industries — Biscuits eaten by rodents / Pests

We found most of the biscuits eaten by rodents or any other pests and the videos and pictures are sent for reference. Luckily the packet was opened by us else children would have eaten the biscuits without noticing the infected biscuits. The packet was unopened and hence we cannot claim this damage to the shop keeper.

The details of the defective packet is given below
Lot No - A0423H0, Pkd date 07/04/2023 and use by date 03/09/2023
machine Code 103B, price Rs.10

Kindly rectify the defect and respond immediately.

Please check this issue of defective biscuits ie milk bikis packet had biscuits eaten by rodents/ pests. This is the second packet we are facing same issue. From my childhood I ate only milk bikis biscuits, now I fear to purchase any more of your products.
