My name is Akhilesh Tripathi, I raised below the concern to the Britannia nutrichoice on ( [protected]@bigcitypromotion.zohodesk.com) ([protected]@bigcity.in). I have not got the compensation for their fraudulent practice. Nor they accepted their genuine mistake!!
I purchased two packets of Britannia nutrichoice biscuits, enticed by what was advertised as an ongoing offer displayed on the wrapper. However, upon reaching home and cross-referencing the details online, I discovered that the mentioned offer had already expired month ago. I saw plenty of misleading products on the same shop. And then I went ahead checked the other places, same wrong packages are available all over the places. This is completely unacceptable. By providing an offer with a limited timeframe but without specifying exact timelines or dates, it appears to be a deceptive practice, tricking buyers. If a new customer purchases the same product tomorrow based on the same "expired offer, " will Britannia nutrichoice company take responsibility for this potential fraud? Selling products with an old, expired offer label in the market goes against consumer ethics, violates consumer rights, and essentially takes money from innocent customers. The fact that the packets haven't been withdrawn from the shops, and there is no public notification stating that the offer period is over, raises concerns about transparency. It seems like an approach to continue profiting from customers without providing accurate information. Therefore, I am eager to seek compensation for this malpractice. I am escalating the matter to the consumer team, as their responses have not been satisfactory. Pursuing legal action may be necessary to protect customer rights from such fraudulent practices. Kindly help me get the compensation for malpractice. I wasted my money and time.. looking forward for your kind intervention
