I found 2 dead worms in Britannia biscuit and the whole the packet contains thread like..and mistakenly I eat 1 biscuit..I'm so worried From this disgusting thing..

I had bought a box of good day biscuits and after opening of the box I found a live worm above one of the biscuits.we regularly using and giving to for my 1 year old baby. When she was having biscuit, all of sudden he started coughing and vomited completely. Full pack damage and live worm on inside.
Please let me know what quality control you have in place to avoid such occurrence in future and also let me know what action you are going to take for this incident.
