Britannia Industries — Hair Found Inside Britannia Nutri Choice Biscuit - Urgent Complaint

Am writing to express my serious concern and disappointment regarding a recent experience I had with a packet of Britannia Nutri Choice biscuits, purchased on 13 August 2023 from Navjeevan Plus Shop, Jalgaon. To my shock and disgust, I discovered a hair inside one of the biscuits upon opening the packet.
