Sir, We had purchase 12 packets of Milk Bikis from local counter of 200gms, lot no B111631, Pack dt 16.11.16. Major biscuits were broken as we opened it.
We have lodge the complaint to company on 30.01.17. but till today neither any representative has turned up nor they have solved my problem. They are'nt serious abt this. Please do needfull.I have got pics but nt able to send.
Till now nobody has cared for this Complaint.
Biscuits were not in a condition to exhibit in plates and offer to guests.
Is this quality that we are paying for?

I purchased one Britannia Goodday biscuit from Mina Al Arab Supermarket, Rasal Khaima, Al Jazeera, UAE that was very bad condition. Many of the insects are in that biscuit and also that was white colour.Please take action against this. For reference i am sending you the photos of that biscuit.
