Britannia — Britannia Rusk Spoiled Before The Expiry Date

Two days before I got Britannia Rusk packets.the manufacturing date mentioned on the packet is 10/06/15 so the expiry should be month of October. But why has it spoiled now.black spots can be seen on the ruck pieces.
