Britannia Industries — sub-standard, mixed, inferior quality, stones are added in the biscuits, sold on the name cashew biscuits | |||
I am customer of yours from a long time. Consuming various product of britannia. One of the very popularly known good day biscuits, where the quality is spoiled badly. Now a days the quality of the biscuits are worst then what we used to get before 15 years. Today just opened a fresh pack of good day biscuits, and in the 3’rd biscuit a stone comes in between the teeth which was in the biscuit because of which i had to go to dentist. Now scared to even consume your products. I have written a mail to britannia on 10th july 2020, it has been nearly months but the issue is not yet resolved nor they are addressing it. They are least bothered. They assured this would be taken up on priority, 3 months and this is the priority they have taken up. Multiple mails but no response.
