Britannia Industries — sub-standard, mixed, inferior quality, stones are added in the biscuits, sold on the name cashew biscuits

I am customer of yours from a long time. Consuming various product of britannia. One of the very popularly known good day biscuits, where the quality is spoiled badly. Now a days the quality of the biscuits are worst then what we used to get before 15 years.
Today just opened a fresh pack of good day biscuits, and in the 3’rd biscuit a stone comes in between the teeth which was in the biscuit because of which i had to go to dentist. Now scared to even consume your products. I have written a mail to britannia on 10th july 2020, it has been nearly months but the issue is not yet resolved nor they are addressing it. They are least bothered. They assured this would be taken up on priority, 3 months and this is the priority they have taken up. Multiple mails but no response.
Cannot disclose the batch no, serial no here. Can disclose it in person.

I have kept on writing multiple mails to “ [protected]@britindia.com “ from last 3 months. Tired of even speaking with you people. You people don’t have the courtesy to even communicate properly. It’s disgusting to even tell that Mr. Mogan from chennai, Mr. Ravi Shankar from bangalore, such seniors are working at Britannia. I doubt if you have even trained them well or even the company works like this only, then these people will also work like this only. No reply for the mail from last 3 months, if i call these people, they neither receive the call nor call back, no reply for the message. What the hell????? Britannia is just behind making money by Manufacturing Stone Cashew Biscuits on the name of Cashew Biscuits. Because of this Stone i had to visit the dentist. For which instantly i have written a mail to over night thinking you will take some action to resolve this but i was wrong. You people are least bothered. Britannia has no concerns or value for the customers. After all it’s just behind making money and money. Hell with ur service. None of the people work at Britannia. Mail department, quality control, quality assurance, etc every department left unanswered. You promised and assured that this would be taken on priority, is this how you have taken on priority?? 3 months???? What the hell are you doing from last 3 months???? Mr. Ravi Shankar is always busy with meeting, i would like to know what the hell do you even do in so many meetings where you could not address the issue from last 3 months????? Toll free number[protected] /[protected] This number is to do time pass calling them every time and telling the whole story. Mr. Sanjay, on what basis they hire the people god knows, where they don’t even know what to do, whom to connect, how to solve the issue. Mr. Sanjay speaks with Mr. Ravi Shankar and informs me that Britannia has replied me to my mail. I would like to tell one thing that if you have really replied to my mail, they why are you keeping quiet for these many days and months together????? It’s not your courtesy to even call me and inform me that you have replied to my mail and your waiting for me to revert back to your mail??? Fact is if you replied to my mail, please share the screenshot that you have replied to my mail in this last 3months???

Have written multiple mails, have called the regional head of bangalore as well as chennai. The only thing they do is just keep telling stories or not respond to the mails/calls/messages. Such big company so called Britannia functions like this or the management works like this, ‘m not sure of it. Such poor customer service. They just know to make money by selling stones on the name of cashew. People have to take a call if they want to save their teeth and avoid going to dentist, then stop buying Britannia biscuits. 6 months and still no response. Just fake promises and stories.
