[Resolved] BSNL — Duplicate Bill

We have applied for a new connection and got it connected. The connection was for using broadband internet connection. Since our connection, we started getting problem in interruption free service. Most of the time the connectivity is so poor that it is difficult to perform any work on internet. Every day we call the service provider and he visit and give different explanations. But the reality is that we are not getting the desired services. Regarding the Bill, we are getting regular bill and the charges are increasing. BSNL — landline trouble

Landline no.[protected] not working well, always disturbance in communication, frequently getting disconnected while convestion on landline.
many complained made to BSNL VRCE Nagpur office but no progress. No worth to have a landline connection. Please see the matter.
