The Teracom Modem now has gor two year waerranty with AMC five years after the upward revision of price to Rs 2100/-
Franchisee erased the old price on the Box (MRP) and billing for new price without offering the new warranty Before price revision the warranty is for one year.
The warranty card also does not mentioning the two year warranty neither BSNL Franchisee is also not enteing the details in the card
The BSNL has not botheredc to address tis issue
There is circular to this effect from CGM New Delhi which I am having
Pl ask BSNL to publish this INformation to Customer

BSNL — BAD POST WARRANTY SERVICE
I purchased a USB internet device from BSNL.The device name is HUAWEI EC 325 but after warranty my device is now not working properly.I complind in BSNL office but they are saying that they are not responsible for that and HUAWEI is responsible but when i went there they are saying just opposite.No one is ready to repair that device.Now BSNL is saying to purchase new device.
Someone should be responsible for repairing it.HUAWEI is repairing same device but of TAT and RELIANCE.
