“IDEA Netsetter or Up-Setter or perhaps Net-Sweater” (3G card giving only 2G Speed)
I have a IDEA Netsetter data card connection for 3G internet browsing ([protected]).
For the past 70 days I am not able to do browsing at my home in Chandanagar, Hyderabad
and at office at BHEL Rc Puram.
This is because I am getting a maximum speed of 0.12mbps at both places.
The map for Home and Office was already mailed to IDEA long back which is one again attached for reference.
I have given repeated complaints to IDEA. Complaint Nos[protected] dt 8/11,
[protected] dt 17/11,[protected] dt 24/11,[protected] dt 29/11,
[protected] dt 4/12 and[protected] dt 5/12
The following are the additional details (already given earlier).
Main mobile number : [protected]

Add On Number 1 : [protected]
Add On Number 2 : [protected]
Profile settings are properly configured
Signal Strength 95% to 98% (WCDMA)
Actual Speed of browsing at Home & Office : 0.12Mbps (File attached)
Actual Speed of friends’ NetSetter 3G data card (Number : ) checked in the same PC immediately : 5.28 Mbps (File attached)
I want to know two things :-
1) Have you put an max speed limit on my 3G card as 0.12 mpbs. (Only 2G speed) If so immediately remove it.
2) Is there any problem with my 3G Netsetter USB Modem. If so pl resolve it.
In spite of all these complaints, I get a standard reply
“Dear Customer, Your complaint on idea netsetter has been resolved. Thank You”
even though these is no resolution at all and nobody cared to call.
The concerned authorities in IDEA are requested to look into this ASAP.
Also since 70 days I am not able to browse internet at home, will IDEA give
any concession for this non-availability of service?
