[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — Sim card registration failed after 1 month

My self Junaid Khan Main IDEA Post paid customer hun mera cell no [protected] hain 31-nov ko main IDEA Office main apne Number co POST to Pri convert karne ke liya application di aur maine aapna bill bhi pay kar diya idea office se muzhko 150RS. le kar nai sim bhi de di. aur purane sim ko deactivate kar diy or mujhse kaha ki aapka no convert ho gaya hain lakin aaj ek month se jyada bitne par bhi mera mobile shuru nahi ho paya hain main roz din main teen char bar IDEA Customer care main bat karta hun koi kehta hain ki aapka no convert ho gaya hain aap 347 dial kijeyega idea post paid office jata hun to vo kehte hain ki humne kar diya hain aap pri-paid office main baat kariye, pri-paid office main jaata hun to vo kehte hain ki yaha se sab thik hain aap post paid main baat kare main kafi dino se pareshan hun aap muzhko suggest kare ki main kiss se baat karo

I have been trying to connect to the idea customer care(12345) since morning,but in vain the call has not yet got connected,saying "call cannot be completed due to congestion in network"
i lost my post paid sim wat to do
i m minnatullah, i am new customer of idea post paid, right now my number is not working orderso pls start my number plsssssssssssssssss
I have taken my connection of idea postpaid on 9th of december 2008 but till now my connection has not been activated, the message is comin " Sim card registration fail " .
Pls what shoul i have to do, for this i have lost lots of thing, money etc, pls tell also whre should i have to contact for this carelessness of Idea.

The mobile number [protected] is my new connection of idea.One of the marketing executive(Named Mr.Manoj) of your office (Idea, Trippunithura, Ernakulkam, Kerala) he contact us in our office and provide this connection for me.The Cheating he done is he changed my billing address.After one month I didn't get my bill.So I contact him by phone.He told me that "didn't contact Idea customer care they will give you wrong information".He directly collect my bill amount from my office.But two weeks over he didn't pay that amount .Now my phone disconnected.


The two bad things i faced from the Idea

1. I got call from idea to confirm my address.They confirm correct address.
2.One Person came here and confirm address

But Bills gone to another address and payment I give not credited.How It possible???????
Its a big cheating from your side.I think its a big cheating that idea executives are doing with support of idea office Tripunithura, Kerala, India.

as mention above i have given complaint on 12/03/2009 and my communication id :435649 to customer care regarding network problem at my resident address :navin deep ganga chs lts, flat no.5, gopal nagar rd no.2, dombivli east, as my complaint was suppose to solved in 4 day told by ur executive after 4 day another 4 day it will take to solved network problem and ur technical person was suppose to visit at place but no one has come till date .but till date problem has not been solved and ur customer service told me today ur complaint has been closed . Can u tell without any person coming and without solving problem how can u closed my complaint and ur executive sunil with whom i have spoken today and communication id :4642722 told me network problem cant be solved and complaint for same cannot be taken .



If the problem cant be solved give me in writing .

my complain is tat i dont get any no. til now .after contacting the dealer in rohini they told that it will b acttivated til monday bt it is not done.
My existing idea prepaid Delhi No. [protected] has been lost. While trying to get my sim card blocked, no satisfactory support was provided at idea care No. [protected]. I request the concerned to block my sim at the earliest so that no missuse of my sim is there.

Sub : Very Bad, Dummy Service & Relationship With Post Paid Customer. From 6th March – till (no network, no incoming & no outging calls)
Hello team,
I am Yellaling recently poted to “idea” from ‘Vodafone’ in Idea office @ Marthali, Bangalore on 16 Feb 2011(phone No. [protected]) .
I have used prepaid service of idea frm feb 16th till 6th march & decided to step to post paid.
And I have filled postpaid application on 6th march by paying Rs. 399 & doc.
I never had thoughts of such a bad service of “Idea”, By evening of 6th march I lost network (no incoming, no uot going totally there is no network symbol).
I thought may be this is the way you well come new customer. But, it still…….. same…..
I had been marthali “idea office” on 7th. They (Ramesh & jyoti) told me there is no my name in customer list, plz go head office. As of there suggestion I had been Head office, Richmand, Bangalore. on 9th march 3 o’clock.
Very bad greeting, after waiting 35 min. JYOTHI she handled my query. Even she asked me.. Are Idea customer?????…. It was very bad experience.
When the customer comes to yor door by having postpaid kit….. & the question is “ARE U IDEA CUSTOMER”??????
I had given my both sim cards (pre & postpaid) & explained my problem.
She told me to wait..
After descussing with there staff member she told me that. I have taken ur request by evening 8 o’clock it will be ok.
I came to know the quality of the service of “IDEA”while i was steping out (the mangager was giving 100 rs to customer to keep his mouth close when customer was explainuing his problem).
I have done MBA & work in international Airport, may be I know the service meaning.
Please team, there is a lot of service gap in organization take care of it.
I hope………… will get feedback from u.
In every adds u say get Idea being customer I can there is a bad & dummy service in Idea improve it first.
Please don’t provoke me to think of consumer crt.
I Will be waiting network service on my number [protected](Idea).
