Dear Sir/Madam,
I purchased MTS M-blaze broadband connection from a MTS dealer suituted in Nerul,Navi mumbai named ASP ENTERPRISES for an amount of Rs.2000 on dt.19/10/2012.& used for 3 days only & The .MTS company disconnected my broadband services.
They give me a purchase bill as,M-blaze postpaid connection MDN: [protected] + 5GB unlimited plan x 2 months rental free connection & next 2 months and recevied an rent, in advance the said amt of Rs. 2000/- They disconnected the service in 3 days and sent me a Bill amt of Rs.1300/-. on dt.1/11/2012 without providing any services.
I phoned & called The MTS company several times regarding defficiency of services but yet no responce from MTS company Sir,Kindly requesting you to do needful with most respect. Would be waiting for your reply.
