Same issue here. They are simply reminding to pay up the outstanding amounts.
If there is a nation-wide outage, why the bills are still getting generated. And the rude customer care is citing TRAI guidelines to NOT issue any waiver as there is only "slow speed and frequent disconnections" on their part.

Even I am experiencing the same. So given cancellation request for the same. Customer care service is not helping and also technical team is not responding by either refusing the call or threatening of consequences.

Reliance / Broadband + — Reliance has Blocked Internet Access
Dear SirI had purchased a Reliance Broadband + Data card on[protected] and Reliance Webword Person told me that there is one month (10 GB Free on Prepaid Connection) I had used this Data card for about 30 Hrs and after that Reliance had blocked my data card when i asked Customer Service they told me that there is a -8092 Rs Balance in My Datacard and when i aked them for Details they don;t have any Answers.
