Reliance Broadband — Phone disconnected for payment but not started after making payment

I have Reliance broadband telephone connection bearing No.[protected], located at Kharghar Navi Mumbai. Bill account No. [protected]. I had made full payment on dated 06th Sept. 2007, by cheq. Cheq. cleared from a/c in a week time. Till date my phone not started, which was disconnected on 15th sept 2007. I have called Customer care 10-20 times but no respone.
