Reliance Communication - Broadband Connection - Customer Name: Mukesh Agarwal - Customer ID: [protected]. Took this connection though it didn't work they collected the billed amount as full and final payment through court by filing a case under TRAI a sum of Rs.2,600/- vide Receipt No.IB[protected] paid on[protected]. Now again I am getting the calls from the RIL for the payment of bill of another Rs.3,000/- odd for which I was never having connection as the instrument fixed at my business place was removed for non payment of earlier bill and the case was filed for the final payment. I request the concerned authority to look into the matter and resolve the same. As getting this unwanted calls annoying and disturbing more particularly after making a payment for the services not used for. I have attempted to resolve this but failed as the callers doesn't have authority to do anything and the seniors didn't came online for the call. The customer case is also not responding.
