Dear Sir/Madam,
I'm severely depressed by the stupid & worse actions of RCOM!
I'm asking the RCOM Customer Care people to cancel my connection since October 2012 & it has not yet cancelled upto now.
I have called them a many times about this i.e;s to cancel my broadband connection but every time the reply I get is "It is being Processed" or "You are not available when we call for the Cancellation"
Upto now I have wasted a lot of my time & money calling the Reliance care & going to Reliance Outlet.
I just want to ask the Reliance Executives that How many Years it would take to cancel my Reliance Broadband+ Connection.
If it was a prepaid Connection better I 'd have thrown it away a few years back
By my bad luck it was a postpaid connection & I've paid more than Rs2000/- without using anything
I was completely vexed by their attitude
I have all the bills and some complaint numbers that I got when I called the customer care executives.
So here by I request you to show me a way to get free from this Service.
If possible I want to file a case against Reliance for being a big headache for me from the past 7 months.
I hope I'll have a quick & satisfactory reply...!

Reliance Broadband — Cancellation Cheque
Dear Sir/Madam,I had applied for broadband connection with your company on October 4th 2009 i.e., (4.10.2009), and waited more than 20 days to get the connection. But i did not get the connection when i required so i canceled it on 25.10.2009. Then one of your Sales Manager ( At Mysore district - Karnataka State) told me that it will take two months and i waited for it but still its on the way and i kept myself waiting for longtime just to receive a cancellation cheque. Hence, I would like to know still how long will it take to get my money.
