My Wireline broadband connection has been in-active since August end, and after numerous calls to customer care and conversations with reliance technicians, my broadband line was declared unrepairable, so the line was terminated sometime on OCTOBER10/12th, but inspite of the terminated connection, I still received bills even after that for the months of october- January.

During this period I made several calls to customer care asking why I still kept receiving bills, they said my line has been terminated on October-10/12th and that it must be a mistake on the BILLING DEPT end, and that they ll rectify it, but it never got rectified.
I even visited the RELIANCE OFFICE AT HADDOWS road a couple of times regarding this, technical people there confirmed the same thing that my account has been terminated on October 10th, and that it must be a billing cycle issue.
They insisted me to raise another complaint for proper termination, and whatever outstanding bill until october 12th will only have to be settled by me.

But now I received another bill on Feb 1st with a bill amount of 3600, when I enquired the customer care, they said that my connection only got terminated on Feb 2nd and that I have to pay all the outstanding amount.When I showed them my old complaint numbers[protected],[protected],[protected] regarding equipment surrendering and unnecessary bill received, they simply snubbed me off stating my account has been active all this time until feb 2nd and nothing can be done. Even if my line has been active according to your stupid records, I still don;t have to pay for a dead connection, which was rendered unrepairable by your technicians. So I need all my outstanding bills dated after october 10th cleared off and my equipments taken care off!

I don't understand how crappy can your service really get. Please look into this issue asap, and clear off all my outstanding bills dated after october 10/12th.
And please send some person to take care of the equipments you gave for my connection! And if this continues again into the next month am raising a consumer case against the issue for sure.


Serive providers like these shouldn't even be allowed in our country. :@
