Reliance Netconnect — Migration of Plan | |||
My bill generation date is 22nd of every month. I call them on 21st and request that please change my plan to a new one. I am ready to pay for the existing billing cycle and want a new plan from the new cycle. They say that you will need to wait for entire next cycle and then only it can be done. It seems I should inform them 2-3 days before bill generation date. They- Reliance customer care ( Yuvrani - supervisor) Nothing in their legal terms of service mentions that. Also it seems they can't terminate my connection before the next entire cycle- which mind you hasn't even begun. This is fleecing the customers. Please have a look at this.
