Bill no Bn15050*** reference. My old father who was patient was ill treated by the staff at the reception and we're speaking in tamil which we dint understand and requested to speak in atleast English. They were more concerned to watch tamil movie on television displayed than to attend the patient. More over just rudely demanded money prior to service. And to our surprise this was the common behaviour in this hospital for which other patients expressed. This is ridiculous hospitality and I request you to think 10 times before you enter for any purpose. Thank god if you never ever go to this worst hospital in your life time. I took my father to other hospital after spoiling my mood with harsh behaviour of hospital staff. Was this information helpful? |
