My recent trip to the Brookefield Hospital for my Child has led me to write this letter because of the level of disrespect, poor customer service and scant regard for parents/guardians seeking medical assistance for their children.
It is also very embarrassing to see how the medical practitioners of Brookefield hospital dealt with patients.
My experience let me think about the type of medical practitioners rendering assistance to the young and vulnerable in the Brookefield Hospital.
Doctor of Brookefield Hospital have no love, very rude and disrespectful specially Dr Pradeep.
I believe medical personnel like Dr Pradeep should be trained with the basic customer-service skills and his medical credentials should be checked.
Don’t go to this hospital for any emergency. Since they have the most incapable staff for your service; especially for emergencies the wait time might cost your life!!! Was this information helpful? |
