worst hospital

Address:Bangalore, Karnataka

Bill no Bn15050*** reference. My old father who was patient was ill treated by the staff at the reception and we're speaking in tamil which we dint understand and requested to speak in atleast English. They were more concerned to watch tamil movie on television displayed than to attend the patient. More over just rudely demanded money prior to service. And to our surprise this was the common behaviour in this hospital for which other patients...

The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

Daylight robbery in name of treatment

Address:Bangalore, Karnataka

This hospital is really like full of daylight dacoits in the name of doctors (especially its director TJ Pradeep Kumar), who will loot you like anything in the name of unnecessary tests, unwarranted medicines and injections. Only answer you get is, doctor has said, and he knows everything. Once you get the bill, you feel like you have crossed your previous annual medical expenditure in a single visit to hospital and that too for trivial things.br...

Horrible Service

Address:Bangalore, Karnataka

My recent trip to the Brookefield Hospital for my Child has led me to write this letter because of the level of disrespect, poor customer service and scant regard for parents/guardians seeking medical assistance for their children.
It is also very embarrassing to see how the medical practitioners of Brookefield hospital dealt with patients.
My experience let me think about the type of medical practitioners rendering assistance...
