Sir/Madam,

I, on behalf of all the public of 1st cross, I am writing this letter to you to complain about the past and present issue of water leakage from the underground pipeline of 1st cross Dead-End Road.

Sir/Madam, it has been two years now, the water is seeping through the road and it causes slippery road. Due to this lot of public have sustained injures.

The Water disposal system of this society has now become old and out-dated. Now, it is the time to find a permanent solution to this problem. I personally fell down twice due this water leakage on the road.

I had even contacted the area water seeking help to repair this damaged pipeline. But unfortunately, he is least bothered about the issues. He himself don’t have time to collect bribe from the public and always consumed with alcohol.

This is a serious issue and it cannot linger anymore. The planning and maintenance department must seek a long-lasting solution. It is requested to you to repair the underground pipelines and install new manholes where necessary.

Kindly take immediate note of our complaint.

Sir/ madam,
There is a vacant site adjacent to 4th cross on the main road on 8th main, byrasandra, jayanagar 1st block bangalore 11. This is unfenced and used as dumping ground for garbage, civil debris etc causing health hazards. The garbage is stinking and spilling over to footpath leaving no space for the pedestrian to walk. Kindly take early action to provide hygienic conditions for residents and safety for pedestrians.

The owner of site no.30, 1st cross, jal bhavan layout, east end road, 4th t-block, jayanagar, bangalore-560041, has dug a borewell illegally and supplying water by tanker to various parties for commercial purpose. This is resulting in the depletion of ground water of other users and also creating nuisance to neighbors by the noise of the tanker at night time disturbing the sleep. Note most of the residents of the area are retired senior citizens. Please take immediate action to stop this illegal activity.

I reside at #13, harishree, 3rd main b-block, vinayaka nagar, murgeshpalya, vimanpura post, bangalore-560017.
I have a severe complaint against garbage collection department as garbage collection is not happening properly in our locality. Wet waste is being collected once in a week and it's been more than 15 days dry waste have not been collected. This makes our locality look pathetic and unhygienic. Being working professionals we keep the garbage bins at the main entrance of our building before leaving for our respective works, and see no difference when we come back in evening. Earlier we were getting chance to communicate with garbage collectors over the weekends, but from last 2 weeks even that is not happening. They come once in a week (Any random day) and would just collect wet waste. If by chance any one o[censored]s at home and get chance to question them for not collecting dry waste, they just give reason that they are gonna collect the same in sometime on the same day and they never show up.
I really want to understand is there anything we are supposed to do? As instructed, we keep wet and dry waste in separate bins.
I request you take action against this issue because i believe hygiene is the utmost thing required for an individual, society and the city.

The road to the left of hoodi railway flyover is in bad condition since last 16 months. The work has been stopped and there are 2 vehicles obstructing the road. I am unaware of what the is the actual scenario. But as i have heard this property is acquired forcefully and bbmp officials are scared to take any actions the person responsible for this. As a tax payer it's my right to know when will the construction of the roads be resumed.

I am a resident in skylark esta appartment located in hoodi, mahadevapura po. Builder : skylark mansions
Oc: bda/em/eo-3/ta-4/oc/t-132/2015-16 dated 04/07/2015

Builder had helped many of the residents to get their khata from bda (Property id [protected]) and i am also in receipt of the khata for my flat a1706.

During the 1st year 2015-16, i had paid my property tax for the aforementioned flat to bbmp vide (Application no.[protected], receipt no.[protected] dated 22/1/2016). However, latter we also received a demand note from bda vide challan no. 538892 dated 29/03/2016 and i had to make the property tax payment to bda aswell for the fy 2015-16.

Latter on, we have been regularly receiving demand notes from bda only for payment of property tax and the payments were being made to bda directly.

Recently bbmp issued a notice to me (#140095 dated 12/07/2019) stating that i have defaulted payment for fy 2016-17 to 2018-19.

Kindly help us as i now have two different departments of karnataka govt (Bda & bbmp) issuing demand notes for payment of property tax for 1 property. When we approached builder, we were informed that apartment papers for "skylark esta" are still with bda, hence all payments related to property needs to be paid to bda only.

Looking forward for the guidance in this regard and the way forward.

Dear sir/madam, i live in chandralayout. Today i noticed a dagerously hanging slide from a play equipment here at a public park. The slide is too high, and has come off from the main poles or the supporting things and hence dangling in air. Some unsupervised kids try jumping on the slide from the landing of the stairs which is very dangerous.
This park is located in front of the skyline apartments very near to the chandralayout bus depot.
I request you to kindly take prompt action before any tragedy/accident happens.

Dear sir
Opposite mahadeshwara theatre there is lot of garbage lying for more than 20days.in spite of warning signboard people dump garbage which is causing huge health issues to us in that lane. Foul smell, mosquitoes and flies issues are also impacting young kids and elderly adults alike. We have been struggling with this issue for more than 6months and had registered formal complaint also earlier but it was not resolved. There is an empty site next to our house which is also turning out to be a dumping yard. Request you to kindly address this issue at the earliest as our health us at stake

There has been potholes on roads near arekere mico layout, bannerghatta road, bangalore. The road that leads to mico layout bus stop. It has not been attended for months which is posing problems. Many vehicles have skidded due to this problem. It is difficult to drive during rainy season. I request the authorities to look into this matter. It has been ignored for a longtime.

This is 3rd time we are raising compain for same topic.

Bangalore is heading towards very serious problem of water.in our area (Vidyaranyapura) there are many car wash centers which are using borewell water to wash cars, specially the car wash center behind indian oil petrol pump near kodigehalli railway station.

We are observing this car wash center is using two to three tanker everyday to wash cars.

If such car wash continue to use water for thier bussiness, we wont be left with water to use for our daily use in coming days.

We request bbmp to take strong action agaist such car wash centers. Specially the center behind indian oil petrol pump.

Please take some action against them.

Lots of stray dogs making it difficult for us to sleep during night as they keep on barking the whole night. Request you to please take them away. They keep on barking whole day and night. They enter in houses and make the full parking area dirty. Very difficult to handle them and shoo them away

Dear sir,
On behalf of keb layout, btm 1st stage, 6th main residents i would request you to arrange people to cut one branch of a roadside tree hanging in dangerous condition over house no 209. The brach is eaten by white ant & almost above 25ft height.in case any strong wind/ rain it may fail to someone passerby.

I would request your intervention immediately before any accident happened.

I am a resident of no.103, near M.E.i school, Nandi nagar, chikkabanavara post, Bangalore-56090. We are not getting garbage collection in this area and neighbours are dumping it in near site. Please arrange a garbage collection. And we are facing a problem of drainage because when it rains the drainage system doesn't work properly and overflow happens and entire rain water stops in road.

The main road being used for vending food at the entrance blocking free pedestrian movement at the entrance of
Vivekananda metro station right from morning. The utensils are also washed there and the water is let to the storm water drain. Vegetable vendors occupying the foot path. Added to this many vehicles are parked on iether side of road resulting night marish for the school going children and elders as many senior citizens live in this lay out. Kindly cause for the suitable action to make the road free from all these obstacles. Thanking you regards.

Bbmp garbage collector person does not collect the waste (Segregated) unless money is paid to him. If asked why to pay when you people already get contract and salary, he becomes furious and keeps the waste on road without collecting. Uses very harsh language and when threatened to complain to bbmp, he says he is not afraid of any complaints or anybody from bbmp. Please resolve this issue and provide better service.

I have registered a complaint on bbmp website regarding a poor road maintenance and manholes in our area via complaint # w01740c586756 and 10875071.

As road was unreconstructed from last so many years results to so many traffic jam. Moreover, in the last month they have dig few areas for some work resulted electric pole have fell down which they fixed it. But still that dig area left uncovered which is now a major safety issue for public, due to this school buses gets stuck and yesterday one car got stuck in this pothole.

Few days back my wife got slipped, i dont understand as their is no work happening in the area then why they have left it open. It is also resulting to bed small all around and also resulting to mosquito coming all around.

When i have raised this issue on bbmp website i got a response saying that my complaint has been assigned to siddik ae [protected] when i called them 2 days before he was aware about an issue and promised me that he will come next day to inspect the area and also stated that he will covered the left dig part.

When i called him next day he told me that he is no more responsible for the area and his duty got transferred today and he cannot able to assist me any more, when i again highlighted the same issue to bbmp they are still providing me the no. Of siddik. This is serious concern that how the safety measures issues addressed for citizens by them, as i am not sure that they are waiting for some major incident to be happen.

On one side they provide feature to public to raise their concerns once we raise it left unattended.

I would request to please help in resolving this issue.

I want to highlight an important issue relating to cleanliness in our area, as in the back side of our next building name "sobha daffodil south gate" there is always a bed small coming in our apartment due to 18 dustbins placed as uncovered which is resulting to so many flying mosquitos in the area and impacting the health of our family members. Moreover, in the last month bbmp guys done some construction on the road and dig few places and left uncovered resulted electric pole have fell down, but no major incidence have happened, and still they have not filled the dig areas, and lot of garbage have also placed there and bed smell is also coming.

All the 14 dustbins are uncovered and without garbage poly bags, placed in next to our apartment in the open area, on a daily basis frequently bed smell is coming and so resulting to so many mosquitos. I have also raised this issue in bbmp under reference # w01740c586752 and 10874648 but until now it has not been resolved.

We just receive the message that somebody will come and inspect but nobody have appeared. Due to this unhygienic environment created near surroundings is really impacting the health and safety issues.

I would request to please take some action on an urgent basis and save us with such from this issue. Please find attached pictures for your reference.

I applied for date of certificate for my son with required permanent address proof as aadhar card.After multiple times of visit today we got date of birth certificate from Mahadevapura with birth time present address as permanent address. currently we are not staying in that address. When we asked about their mistake they are responding as we can't change this like that.
Who is responsible for this?
Either data entry person or without permanent address proof approving person?

There has been continuous flow of sewage water from Arekere Mico Layout - Ganesha Temple into Panduranganagar Welfare Association - Forest wall - Ward No - 187 Puttenahalli Ward for the past 3 months. This has resulted in mosquito menace. I feel there is a leakage of drainage. This has been happening for few years and even though authorities have been brought to notice nothing has been done. This has fallen into deaf years. I request the concern authorities to take immediate action.
