Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike [BBMP] Complaints & Reviews

Made the full payment of Rs. 4328 using CITI BANK Credit CARD on June 30 2016 and the same is debited (I hold the copy of the Bank Statementclearly mentioning "BBMP360IN"). Complained to BBMP twice in the year 2016. Still unable to generate the receipt online.
Now when attempted to make payment for 2017-18, BBMP system is prompting for payment towards 16-17.

Garbage collection is not happening properly in my street 5th cross, 2nd main, SG palya, CV Raman Nagar. We are facing following problems:

I had paid property tax for the Assessment year[protected] on 31/05/2016

I got confirmation from BBMP that property tax not assessed to our Khata a/c.

when we were trying to take receipt we got message saying" Invalid Authentication at Bank".
When I went to bbmp office to get information, I got print out of transaction that took place on 31/05/2016 and the status was Failure(Not Captured).

Garbage collector doesnt come for weeks and if he comes collects only dry and only collects from people who offer money to him.
He collects only for dry
He stops near house query they offer money i'm all so ready to offer money
But He collects garabage from nearby stops and apartment first and they says the garbage is overloaded.

I am residing in Koramangala 6th Block from past one year. My neighbours and i are fed up with the garbage collection lady who demands a monthly charge for doing her job. If we refuse to pay she doesn't collect the garbage making the front of our house a garbage collection point.

She uses language, doesn't take the garbage and only wants money.
All our tenants stopped giving her cash because she expects them to hold the garbage bag and money everyday and wait for her outside.

We live in AnjanNagar Near Magadi Road and there are too many stray dogs in our street which keeps barking during night times which is causing sleepless nights for the residents.
