Hi,
There are around 15 to 20 stray dogs near hiranandhani apartment, akshaya Nagar, begur post troubling bikers. After a life threatening experience yesterday around 12 at night when myself and my husband had been out for an emergency these around 15 stray dogs attacked us but we saved ourselves somehow. I am filing complaint so that action can be taken and save others. Please catch these stray dogs before somebody lose their lives. Already my husband was bitten by a dog sometime back. Please catch all stray dogs of akshaya Nagar near begur life has become hell for us here.

I am residing at ward number 196 of bangalore, flat no, siddish paradise, 1st cross udayanagar. The garbage collector comes at 5 am in the morning, and before we go with dustbin he is already left. When requested to come atleast at 6 am and he behaves rudely. He just whistles once at 5 am and disappears before we reach near vehicle. This is happening at 1st cross udaynagar, chikalsandra, ward no 197. Please help we are not able to dispose waste due to this. We are trying our best to get up and reach the vehicle but all efforts go waste when we reach their and vehicle is already left. There are many senior citizens and small infants who gets distracted when garbage collector comes at 5 am blows whistle and just leaves. This is not serving any purpose. Also, senior citizens who lives alone at home with all the efforts come down carrying dustbins and the garbage collector is disappeared before they reach. We all women and senor citizens requested the garbage collector to come at least when their enough day light at around 6.30, which would be easier for ladies and senior citizens, but they behaved very rudely without any humanity. All these tortures everyday morning is really not tolerable, please help. We had compliant the same through bbmp sahayavani, complaint number being 10633354, but without any action taken they have closed the compliant saying resolved.

Please help us, this is a humble request from almost 20 women and senior citizen residing at ward number 196, udayanagar 1st cross, chikalsadra.

Sir,
We are the residents of duo marvel lay out. Purchased plots as per the approval bda/bbmp.
Near 32/3 in lay out ca land belongs to park was occupied by unauthorised. Person claiming that park area is belongs to him and threatened dire consequences.in this a written complaint already lodged by owners association to bbmp, bda and to yelankha police station. Still no action is been taken. Today they started demolishing trees and started digging and spoiling entire area. Please look into this matter and do justice to the owners of duo marvel laout

The tree opposite my house has fallen due to digging work being done by the civic authorities. The branches are hanging over the electric pole and wires. House address is situated at 88, 5th b main 4th cross RPC layout Vijaynagar bangalore-40. Kindly send your team to remove the remains of the tree as it is completely blocking the entry to my house.

I am living in 3rd Cross, 1st R Block, Rajaji Nagar Bangalore. Since last 1 month, 5 to 6 stray dogs have inhabited in our street and are creating a serious havoc to the people, children walking on the street. These dogs are chasing children and start barking at elderly people when they try to chase them away. These dogs also chase the 2-wheeler riders causing too much danger of accidents.

This is causing serious concern among the residents of this locality and also others passing by.
There is nobody willing to register a complaint and act on it. Giving excuses why they can't take a complaint.

Requesting the concerned authorities to act on it on priority.

I have paid property tax in full for the year 2016-17 in the month of April 2016 (during the rebate period last year) but my application is not available in the system now. I am unable to pay property tax with the SAS 2016-17 Base Application No. [protected].

I have logged a complaint in BBMP Sahaya web portal and the request no. is 10632472. I also visited the Joint Commissioner's office last month and re-submitted the complaint with them but there has been no progress till now. The contact no. [protected] provided in the BBMP Sahaya compliant belongs to Somshekar - DC REVENUE and is always busy.

Made the full payment of Rs. 4328 using CITI BANK Credit CARD on June 30 2016 and the same is debited (I hold the copy of the Bank Statementclearly mentioning "BBMP360IN"). Complained to BBMP twice in the year 2016. Still unable to generate the receipt online.
Now when attempted to make payment for 2017-18, BBMP system is prompting for payment towards 16-17.

Garbage collection is not happening properly in my street 5th cross, 2nd main, SG palya, CV Raman Nagar. We are facing following problems:
1) Garbage collection person does not come on time. Both me and my wife are working and same is the case for most o[censored]s here. Our office timing start from 9:00 AM but since garbage collector guy comes late we are not able to give our garbage to him
2) Garbage collector does not come for even for weeks. Sometimes we wait for him on Sundays but even on that he does not come. So garbage gets rotten and have to be stored by us for 15 days or more.
Please take proper action and ensure that garbage collector guy come before 8:30 in the morning

My PID No is 150-W[protected]. This is a flat in Greenwood Regency on Sarjapur Road. Last year when BBMP changed zonal classification, my flat was wrongly classified as Zone D instead of Zone E. All other flats are Zone E. I gave letter last year to correct the zone, but no action taken. They just gave me a challan on 20% increase tax basis without correcting zone. Sir tis is the issue regarding the garbage and left over waste being dumped from nearby hotels n shops inspite of telling them not to dump in the vacant site which is on the main road of old airport road murugeshpalya. Ward no 113 Even the garbage collecting vehicle gets the garbage from the neighboring places n dump it here making the place very mess n the foul smell is unbareable. Have complained to the concerned people too but no use so i request you to look into this matter

About the blunder committed by the revenue staff by entering a wrong name in the owners column along with the legitimate owner vasantha kumar with wrong name y. Ashok reddy. Hi, I am from T.Ramaiah Garden, 2nd cross, Doddakammanahalli main road, hulimavu area, Bannerghatta road. The lane in which I stay has 5 to 6 dogs which create a lot of ruckuses every day and night. They chase every person and every vehicle entering the lane even known persons have been chased by this dogs. Recently they killed my cat after they climbed through the boundary wall. All o[censored]s in the area are very scared that they might attack us anytime. Please take away these dogs as early as possible.

W01910C245428 The adjacent sites to our house has been left unattended with wild trees/bush growing and gathering garbages all things that lead to making the open sites home for snakes. Snakes have made holes and seen frequenting and entering our homes. With kids and todlers, it is very dangerous for us to live in that condition. We dont get to live in peace in our own home.

We dont know who the owners of these sites surrounding our home, we have never seen them. With no other option left, I raised a complaint with BBMP to either have the sites cleaned or contact the site owners and account them to clean their respective sites, frequently. Its been more than 3 weeks, no action by BBMP till date.
We are helpless, with kids, we have been living with fear.

Anyone who has any clue how to resolve this issue, please post your suggestions, we will be really grateful.

Hi, in Bangalore kormangala 4th block 11th b main 838, the BBMP have dug the road to install the drianage pipe, but they have broken our old drainage system and we had to immediately connect it to the new one, The workers demanded 4000/- four thousand for this and said its your duty to get it done, the contractor was not available during this time and we had to pay and get it done latter, we came to know that Its the responsibility of the contractor to replace our broken system .
Kindly recover our money we have paid to the workers from the concerned department

We stay in jp ngr 6th ph 26th a mn 17th crs, the garbage collec guys don't come regularly and even if they come don't take garbage regularly from our apt pragathi castle. We pay 400 rs every month as they demand to take. Despite its lying for 4-5 days n they fight with us saying we can't take etc. Also say our supervisor said not to take? Is that true bbmp officials say like this? Please take necessary action and ensure garbage is taken every day. We request you and believe will take necessary action. We pay our taxes regularly and if troubled like this is not fare.

This is a complaint about the BBMP garbage collecting workers

Here,
The garbage collecting vehicle not coming properly for this road,
They are giving the best service for the near by streets and roads,
They are traveling across the road but not stopping in this road, they stopping the Vehicle at the corner of the another road,
They are not giving any signals like wisle sound, without getting any signal how people's know that the garbage collecting vehicle came or not .
I already spoken with that workers but still they are not giving the service for this road .
I'm kindly requesting to the BBMP head persons to take action for this problem.

I had paid property tax for the Assessment year[protected] on 31/05/2016

I got confirmation from BBMP that property tax not assessed to our Khata a/c.

when we were trying to take receipt we got message saying" Invalid Authentication at Bank".
When I went to bbmp office to get information, I got print out of transaction that took place on 31/05/2016 and the status was Failure(Not Captured).

Kindly refund the amount of Rs 5539 and oblige.

Garbage collector doesnt come for weeks and if he comes collects only dry and only collects from people who offer money to him.

But He collects garabage from nearby stops and apartment first and they says the garbage is overloaded.

Respected sirs, we are residents of 5th cross dwaraka nagar (Vasundhara kuteera apartments), hoskerahalli, bsk 3rd stage, bangalore 560085. I think it comes under padmanabhanagar ward 161. Yesterday afternoon, a bbmp truck carrying some jelly parked unauthorisedly in front of our apartment. The parking was done in such a faulty manner that it was touching the keb pole which was there in front of the apartment. The truck driver disappeared for 3 hours and when he came back, he was unable to remove the truck as one of the wheel was stuck on the road (In some mud) and also the keb pole was badly shaking. When he finally managed to remove the truck (After polluting all our houses with lots of black smoke and carbon-di-oxide), he completely damaged one part of the road, and also left lots of jelly, mud, heavy stones etc. On the road, making it impossible for us residents of the flats to park our vehicles. Further, other vehicles travelling on this road (Especially during night time) cannot see these stones and may meet with serious accidents. Hence, i request you to immediately take action and instruct the bbmp workers to repair the road with tar and level it properly, so that we dont face problem to park and other vehicles on the road do not have any risk while driving. Also the garbage collecting ayahs are not collecting all the garbage. They have dumped heavy garbages (Denim pants, and sack full of mud and *) in the morris and they have not removed them from months together.in case we have rain, the items in the morris will block the water from flowing out and it will become a really serious problem. Please instruct the ayahs to do their job and clean the garbage in the morris properly. One lady by name nursamma is the regular cleaner for this area and this cross, so the concerned supervisor may kindly instruct her to remove the garbage from the morris in 5th cross, dwaraka nagar. Kindly do the needful regarding both the issues, the repair of the road - which is quite urgent and removal of garbage from morris. I am residing in Koramangala 6th Block from past one year. My neighbours and i are fed up with the garbage collection lady who demands a monthly charge for doing her job. If we refuse to pay she doesn't collect the garbage making the front of our house a garbage collection point.
Since we all are responsible to keep the city clean i request you to please observe her behavior and take some action against her asap.
