I am subject to severe mental agony due to repeated deduction of rs 3/- each several times without making any call or message, when the mobile is in standby mode.
Every time i get a display message stating that - "your last call cost rs3/-" when the mobile is in standby mode. Being a display message, it will not be available in inbox also for retrieving. It appears to be a willful fraud
I had lost more than 30 rs by this (Atleast). I am compelled to keep the phone in switch-off condition
I could not get any responsible reply in any of your toll free numbers including [protected]
Majority of the time the call does not get answered, even if it is does, the response given is highly irresponsible and non-committal. Was this information helpful? |
